They were able to accommodate changes with the selection before we ordered, installed the blinds and the home remote/automation setup and when the alignment is not proper for couple of windows proactively offered to change them on their own effort. Overall had the best experience, Anusha and her team were amazing with delivering a quality product for such a good price. Everything from getting the quote and measurements to installation was seamless, the blinds themselves take some time to come in but normal since they are custom. Hector was also great with getting measurements perfect and installing fast and easy. Would recommend 100x.
