Joe, Chris, Mark, and the rest of the team were all great to work with. We had a smaller basement job that needed some minor electric, a wall knocked down, a new wall put up, and ceiling tile done. The price was reasonable of 3 bids we received. We went with JJB due to their communication, questions they asked, and plan for the job. They were helpful with suggestions, asked us questions on what we wanted / needed. Overall great job.

Our project took way to long to complete because of lack of communication. The work was good except the dry wall. We did complain and Joe came over to see our concerns. Within a week in was taken care of. Joe said, if your not happy, I'm not happy and he proved it. Thanks Joe, happy now, job well done,

Not only did they do an amazing job with the cracks in our basement wall and the work on our basement staircase, but they made us feel like a priority during our time working together through their responsiveness and overall excellent communication. JJB Home Improvements took on a very challenging and highly unique project in restoring my waterfront boathouse located on local Wisconsin lake. This masonry structure is a critical element of our lakefront shoreline landscape.
