I saw Dr. Karben for the 1st time who was just great! I had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. I wear specialty contact lenses and he is one of a few fitters in Bend, so I am grateful to find him. Staff are super friendly, and make sure all questions are answered. They double check insurance and are upfront with out of pocket costs. No pressure for add ons or to buy glasses, but just want to make sure eye health is number one.

I received several Appointment reminder notifications and was given opportunity to reschedule or cancel multiple times. The staff was very kind and understanding when my son was late to his appointment. They showed grace and kindness in working with him for co-pays and being a little late and even called for him when his phone died at the appointment.
