And then dropped off my car looking brand new and picked up the rental.Literally the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. I talk to Richard and he was nice to talk to the technician and get me an actual far price on my car damage. We quickly set an appointment and it was done the same day. I was very pleased and happy with the results. It looks like the damage was never even there. They also made payment very easy. With cash app. Thank you guys 😊.

It was only week two of being in Denver and then that random 30 mins hail storm out of nowhere dented up my truck. I’m from Arizona and Ive never dealt with hail damage before. Hail Medic was amazing to work with. Rich came out and showed me where all the dents are and explained how everything worked. Two days later met Rich at Hertz and he got me hooked up with my rental car and also helped me start the claim with my insurance which made it super simple since he knew how to answer their questions. Once they had my truck Reid kept me in the loop between the shop and my insurance and helped me understand the hows and whats and where my money is going. Luckily I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and Hail Medic made it all possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ryan was an incredible help with all of my questions about the insurance process etc. He pointed me in the right direction unlike other dent repair companies that have tried to just get my vehicle in without explaining the process. I appreciate his honesty and his willingness to assist me without incentive. I highly recommend this company as their reps seem to actually care about authentic information rather than personal motives.

A Hail Medic rep (Chris) approached me in the Walmart parking lot and gave a great break down of what Hail Medic services offers. Chris was very flexible with the times of getting my vehicle evaluated for an estimate and answering all my questions (I didn’t want to get scammed).I was able to speak to Devin and Rich who have a lot of years of experience and went into even further detail when explaining the process to me. I really appreciated that and it put my mind at ease. I was able to get a fully paid rental car, no deductible, and literally no head aches talking to insurance as they handled that too. In 2 weeks they fixed my vehicle and even detailed the inside! Devin transported me from Hertz rentals and turns out we both served in the Marine corps so great conversation.Great experience highly recommend Hail Medic especially Chris, Rich, and Devin!

Hail medic did a great job on my bronco unfortunately they weren’t able to fix minor Chips because my bronco is a special color, which I totally understand. But all in all, I had a good experience with them, they paid for my rental. They paid for my out-of-pocket, and I was greatly satisfied with There professionalism.
