My insurance only needed my verbal consent.He research my insurance policy and verified that the repairs would not cost me a dime. I honestly assumed I would have to pay something out of pocket, but I didn’t. They even provided me with a free rental car, which made everything convenient! I was consistently updated throughout the entire process. That level of communication really gave me peace of mind. Logan truly made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I just got my car back from Hail Medic. They did an amazing job fixing my hail damage AND they detailed the inside too! It’s looks like a new car. I also must mention that Anthony was fantastic! I got my truck back and I wanted to say how great Hail Medic is! I was on the fence about getting it repaired and even lasted a year because how long it was going to take another company to get it done. Rich made this process easy and quick. They had my truck back within a couple of weeks. Other than the issue with my insurance. That still doesn’t take away the 5 star experience I received.
