Hail Medic made the entire process as easy as possible for me. First, I scheduled a request for an evaluation on their website. Soon after, David Delacruz contacted me and drove to my location. After the evaluation, David planned to meet me at the nearest car rental location where Hail Medic had reserved a rental for me. There, David took care of filing a claim with me through my insurance on the phone, then we swapped cars and hail medic did the repairs within a week. To my surprise, it cost me $0 out of pocket as everything was taken care of by insurance and Hail Medic waived the deductible. David was extremely professional, even when dealing with the incompetent car rental employee. Most importantly, hail medic made my car look brand new (no more dents) and they even detailed it inside and out before returning it to me. I would highly recommend Hail Medic and I'll be a repeat customer if I ever have any unexpected weather incidents again.

I had a wonderful experience at Hail Medic. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly Logan Goodfellow, who went above and beyond to help me with the repairs done to my car. What i love the most was that Logan kept me informed throughout the repair on my car and the repairs were done fast. I also love the fact that I didn’t have to dealt with my insurance for the claim. Hail medic does some amazing work. Anthony approached me in a parking lot while I was getting into my car (covered in hail damage) and he was immediately such a kind guy. He told me about his company and gave me his information to call if I ever had any questions. The reviews were so great about the company that I decided to reach out and see how the process works. I kept waiting for a “surprise” cost of some sort, but nothing ever came up. My car was in the shop for almost three weeks, but they covered a rental 100%. I was also updated on my cars progress every two or three days. Once I got my car back it was perfect. I have a few scratches that they sealed up so paint wouldn’t chip and every dink in my car was gone. They also cleaned the heck out of my car inside and out.This is one of those things you’ll think is way to good to be true. But they do it. They make everything so easy!

I had put off getting the hail damage on my car fixed because I didn’t want to deal with taking my car to get estimates, the hassle of insurance, renting a car, etc. I met Ben from Hail Medic in the Target parking lot and he mentioned that they can handle all of this! I was a bit skeptical but they really did handle everything! Ben and Garrett came to my house to assess the damage, got in touch with my insurance company, rented a car for me and kept me informed the whole time. My car looks amazing too! I would highly recommend these guys!

My car looks brand new I’m so happy with this whole experience. From the beginning Hunter was clear and made my experience so easy. I was most impressed that he handled everything from calling the insurance company getting me a rental keeping me posted and bringing the car back to me. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate the detail cleaning it was so needed lol.

I met Casey and his team at the QT in Forest Hill after they noticed hail damage on my Tahoe. They came out to my house to inspect the vehicle and walked me through the hail repair and insurance claim process.The process took a little longer due to insurance approvals, but Casey was very responsive and transparent the entire time. They helped set me up with a rental vehicle while my Tahoe was in the shop, which made everything much easier.When I picked up my Tahoe it was fully detailed and honestly looked brand new again. The hail damage repair was done perfectly and they did exactly what they said they were going to do.As a local business owner myself, I really appreciate companies that operate with integrity and do what they say they’re going to do.
