(Second review) Well ladies and gentlemen this is my second review if you scroll down you can read my first review and I got to tell you not a single thing has changed all of the people that I dealt with the first time still work with the company they got a few new faces and I got to say I am still just as impressed as the first time I use them. I had my truck back within a week after dropping it off but I did beat everybody to the punch I literally set up my appointment when it was hailing and hitting my truck. These guys are fast and professional not only that but it felt like I was the first time customer and I was a repeat customer at this point they will truly work with you in your schedule to make sure you can get your vehicle back and understand your needs they just take really good care of you. Not only that but I'm going to use them in the foreseeable future they have a major facility in Arlington and it's really nice they got a nice dog in there he wears a little chain they do amazing work you will be waiting on your insurance company to pay them before you'll be waiting on them I can assure you if you had any doubts about using this company I literally use them years ago they're the best(First review)-First off Vernon, Jeff, and Dan These are the people that came to take care of me they did a great job in every aspect. I have usaa as an insurance provider They told me I have to get my car inspected at the nearest calibre collision and that I should use them. All 3 of them warned me that calibre collision was going to cut the roof off my truck which reflects negatively on the carfax report and I told them I was going to be trading my truck in soon. When had the evaluation done When had the evaluation done a calibre collision. Calibre collision informed me that I would have to leave my truck there That I had to sign a bunch of paperwork in order for them to do any type of inspection on it. I texted hail medic they warned me that if my windshield was cracked they couldn't give me the vehicle bag they told me to write on their do not cut the roof off my truck. I left for work 30 minutes later Was at work when they called me. They informed me that they were gonna start working on my truck if I did not pick it up within an hour and that they were gonna cut the roof off my truck. I immediately left work after being covered I went in and A mediately got back my truck. After having some very angry words with the manager because they work picking up the phone I took my truck back to my apartment where hail medic came out.They did a Valuation over the damage They worked with Usaa before They were able to get my claim started.As soon as they got the information that I provided them such as my insurance claim number. They then took the vehicle to the shop for me I did not have to drive it over To their facility they took the vehicle for me after I signed Some paperwork very convenient. They also offered me a rental car but I had another vehicle so I did not require one. They kept me up today with text messages every 3 to 4 days about the status of my vehicle. Once my vehicle was Completed They set up meat time And drove the vehicle back over to me. After doing a walk around inspection they did a phenomenal job they did not have to cut off my roof they got 99.9% of the dense out there is one dead my roof that was so bad I never thought it would look as good as it does. They did have to replace my hood and they matched the paint perfectly. I highly recommend these guys. The only complaint that I do have is that the top of my truck has a brake light system that was cracked from the hail they replaced the part but the centre light bulb was burned out So when I went to go get my oil change the people inform me that it was out they replaced it for $11 not a big deal literally my only complaint other than that these guys did a great job just check all your lights. I will be Taking any future hail damage to them they do a great job. And once again thank you to Vernon, Jeff, and Dan You guys are the best!!!!!!

I would like to take a few minutes to give thanks to David and the team at Hail Medic. I wasn’t sure who to take our car to after extensive hail damage. I looked around and saw great reviews of Hail Medic. I met with David and he put us at ease right away. The process was seamless from start to finish. I understand now why they had so many 5 star reviews. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for a company for hail repair.

I highly recommend Hail Medic to anyone needing hail repair assistance for their vehicle. My experience with them, especially with Hunter, was outstanding from start to finish.This was my first time ever dealing with a hail insurance claim where my vehicle wasn’t totaled and could actually be repaired. To make matters worse, my car was brand new — not even a week old — when an unexpected hailstorm hit in the middle of the night. I was devastated and honestly overwhelmed by the entire process.Hunter made everything so much easier for me. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained the repair and insurance process clearly, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns.
