After a severe hailstorm I chose Indemnity Roofing to replace our roof and the gutters/downspouts. Bryan Boothe was the sales manager that oversaw the entire project. Bryan conducted a very thorough inspection to identify and document all the damage. After which, he provided a detailed cost estimate for all the repairs. He reviewed the roofing and gutter material and work specifications. He assisted with the insurance claim process. Bryan was very involved from start to finish. When the project started Bryan was on site to oversee the roofing crews work from tear off to installation and clean up. The complete roof replacement was done in a day. There was no damage to the property. The crew did a great job. The roof looks great. The gutters were installed about a week after the roof was finished. The gutters look great as well. I am very happy with the new roof and gutters. If you are in need of a roofing contractor, I highly recommend Indemnity Roofing. Make sure you ask for Bryan Boothe.

Our home is only five years old and has been through two major storms. After Hurricane Ida in 2021, our roof appeared to have minimal damage and our insurance company paid for a small patch job. In 2024 we got hit again by Hurricane Francine. This time we lost a few shingles in multiple spots. The insurance company came inspect and declared the damage wasn’t enough to meet our deductible. We were puzzled as to why so many shingles flew off on such a new house and decided to get Indemnity to take a look. Indemnity did a thorough inspection and discovered many shingles were loosened and compromised, yet from the ground they looked fine. Apparently the first storm loosened many shingles and the second storm blew some of those off. Many of the remaining, good looking shingles were also damaged but our insurance adjuster failed to spend enough time on the roof to see this. Indemnity roofing went to bat for us with the insurance company and after several rounds of adjusters, inspectors and common sense tactics, the insurance company agreed to pay for a whole new roof. Thanks Kyle! As for the roofing crew and quality of work, we couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything came out beautiful and the crew did a great job of leaving our place clean as a whistle when they were finished. Indemnity knows every angle when it comes to getting insurance companies to pay what they’re obligated to pay. And they do quality work too!
