Former employee, as of 3/30/23. I no longer work for Edward Gardner. This individual is extremely disrespectful, rude, greedy and clearly welcomes racist clients to antagonize his ONE employee as you can see I am a black American woman. I asked Ed why he didn't speak up for me, his response was "people say things all the time". His client, won't name names but he boasted about his grandfather being a part of the KKK and his partner used the n word while in his office with the door open. I was all to shocked to react in any way so I waited until the clients left the office and to speak with Ed That was a poor excuse and response. I wish he'd also stop referring to women's breasts as jugs. Jokes or not please stick to tax prep. I want your to get on here and lie and say it didn't happen I can provide the recording to YouTube thank you.
