I am so impressed with this business! So easy to rent the bounce house and such kind people. I paid to have the bounce house come between 7-10am but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery before mine, the company called me and removed the charge and promised me the bounce house within the hour (10-11). It came with no issues and the delivery/set up driver was so kind! Even when he came back later in the day to pick it up, we were his last stop of the night and he was still so kind and easy going. I rented the Sports Bounce house for my son's 4th birthday, last minute they were able to change my reservation due to a storm coming in with absolutely no issue. They arrived earlier than expected but that was perfect! Set up was quick and efficient, he even sprayed the whole inside down with disinfectant! Setup took a total of 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing service!!! Booked for my daughters 4th birthday and WOW! We did the package with the bouncy house, cotton candy machine that came with two tables and chairs. Drop off/pick up was very quick and professional. We chose to keep everything overnight and they jumped for hourssssss. The team set up everything and the cotton candy machine came with supplies, instructions and was very easy to use. The kids loved everything and my daughter had a blast!! Booking and confirmation ahead of time was efficient. No complaints and will surely be using this business again. PSA: I noticed a review was left down below about them wanting to pick up at 6pm. Customer service was excellent; very accommodating and helpful. Every piece of info I needed so I could get my church board’s approval for my event was well provided via email and phone. They helped me make the necessary changes last minute as the weather was expected to be not nice on the day of my event. They recommended a bouncy house with a vynil roof and they gave me important info I needed to know for when it started to rain harder. They also called me the day before to confirm and give me a more accurate delivery time. The delivery was also fast and easy. The guy was nice. They were awesome. Called to confirm the details, first when I made the reservation, then again the day before so I wouldn't be surprised. They showed up with a truck, pulled out the bounce castle, inflated it, and scrubbed it down with bleach right in front of me before drying it off and heading out. All charges were transparent. We rented a bouncy house combo for a family party. While they arrived a little after the drop off window (which I blame on traffic) the person was very thorough. He cleaned it top to bottom on a very humid day. My kids were very excited and would have enjoyed it more if not for the hot humid weather. It was a great bouncy house.
