Great customer service/follow up. They confirm when you make your online purchase and on the day before delivery. At the last minute, I needed chairs for my Uncle's repast. I contacted them and they were able to deliver the day before and pick after the repast. They are very accommodating. I ordered chairs for my family thanksgiving dinner. Once again, they delivered chairs the day before Thanksgiving and picked up the day after. I will definitely use them again.

I am so impressed with this business! So easy to rent the bounce house and such kind people. I paid to have the bounce house come between 7-10am but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery before mine, the company called me and removed the charge and promised me the bounce house within the hour (10-11). It came with no issues and the delivery/set up driver was so kind! Even when he came back later in the day to pick it up, we were his last stop of the night and he was still so kind and easy going. I couldnt recommend this company enough!

I absolutely love renting from Infla Bounce House and Party Rentals. This is my second time renting a bounce house from them and the experience has been seamless. Making the reservation is easy. They check in with you after you make it and call the day before to give you a better estimate of when they arrive to set up. The employees are nice and they work quickly and make sure you are happy with everything. I always recommended them to people.

We loved working with Infla for our school's PTO event. Their website is very easy to use and their employees were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We love how accommodating they were in changing the date due to the rain. After setup, they even sprayed down every inflatable. Highly recommend and can't wait to use them again for future events.

Its been two years we are renting bounce house from them! The kids loved, and they offer best price with services!! We hot to pay delivery fee but the end of the day end up lot more cheaper than other places, and they are always on time for your party! Highly recommended!

Absolutely beyond amazing service and product from this company!!! I rented the Sports Bounce house for my son's 4th birthday, last minute they were able to change my reservation due to a storm coming in with absolutely no issue. They arrived earlier than expected but that was perfect! Set up was quick and efficient, he even sprayed the whole inside down with disinfectant! Setup took a total of 15 minutes. My son and all his cousins and friends had an absolute blast!!! I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to everyone I know and then some! Absolutely amazing service!!! Booked for my daughters 4th birthday and WOW! We did the package with the bouncy house, cotton candy machine that came with two tables and chairs. Drop off/pick up was very quick and professional. We chose to keep everything overnight and they jumped for hourssssss. The team set up everything and the cotton candy machine came with supplies, instructions and was very easy to use. The kids loved everything and my daughter had a blast!! Booking and confirmation ahead of time was efficient. No complaints and will surely be using this business again. PSA: I noticed a review was left down below about them wanting to pick up at 6pm. That is disclosed on their website when you book which is why they give the option to book with an overnight service. All information is listed with times and prices directly on their website.

Best bounce house rental company around (and I've used quite a few)! Easy to book online, reliable, and amazing service. The individual that came out to setup and breakdown really spent time cleaning it and making sure it was perfect for the party.
