Micha’s offer an awesome range of classes no matter what the persons goal is! There’s beginner classes which are great for those who are new, fitness classes if you enjoy the fitness and aren’t too technical focused and there’s technical classes which allow you to work on both fitness and technique. All the trainers are great and supportive and I’m happy to have found this gym when I did!!

My teen daughter does classes here and loves them. She started going to classes alone and the members and staff have welcomed her and she feels so comfortable. Would encourage other parents to send their teens or go themselves!

If I could give endless amounts of stars I would .Great place with friendly and knowledgeable instructors who motivate you aswell as cater for your needs and injuries. A place that welcomes all ages , gender and fitness levels and where you feel welcomed and acknowledged. I've tried many fitness places but this is the best by far.Thank you Mischa for eliminating my concerns at the start as I thought it would be too hard due to my poor fitness level.There was no need for concern as you can go at your own pace and the staff and other people attending are very encouraging.Give this place a try you won't regret it!

Went a few years ago pre Covid and really enjoyed the experience, however when I went to look at classes and bookings for this/next month to start up again and noticed most classes for feb are closed/canceled, just wondering if I could get any info on if the place is closing or just on temporary break or something otherwise, Cheers

Started originally because it was a local female friendly boxing gym and really enjoyed the fitness classes and friendly atmosphere. Each instructor knows their craft well but have their own style, so you can get great variety in your training in this way. I originally had no intentions of moving further with boxing, but I wanted to challenge myself and ended up moving into the sparring classes. Mischa and the team are great in that they know when to work at your level but also when you can be pushed. She really gives you the confidence to jump in to the fighters classes and I love the mental and physical demand of it. An awesome gym to test your mettle at!

This is a brilliant local gym with a friendly, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere. I have been attending for 5+ years and have found all the trainers great across a range of classes. The owner, Mischa, is genuinely interested in the needs of people attending classes and tailors activities so that beginners and experienced regulars all get something out of classes. My 6-year old daughter has also been a frequent spectator attendee - again I find that all the instructors and trainers are super friendly to her and she genuinely loves to come along.

I have been going to this gym for over 4 years and I love it. The trainers are friendly and helpful and it is inclusive of all people across all levels. When I first started, I was a bit unco and self-conscious but the trainers, including the owner Mischa, were very supportive and encouraging. I used to hate and avoid doing exercise so I’m so glad to have found something I love and actually look forward to. The friendly community vibes are great also. I have read the earlier review by ‘Burbek’ and think it is simply not true. I have never known Mischa to encourage people to spar without protective gear and I have never known her to chuckle at people’s mistakes. Burbek’s review is nonsense and should be ignored.
