Micha’s offer an awesome range of classes no matter what the persons goal is! There’s beginner classes which are great for those who are new, fitness classes if you enjoy the fitness and aren’t too technical focused and there’s technical classes which allow you to work on both fitness and technique. All the trainers are great and supportive and I’m happy to have found this gym when I did!!

My teen daughter does classes here and loves them. She started going to classes alone and the members and staff have welcomed her and she feels so comfortable. Would encourage other parents to send their teens or go themselves!

If I could give endless amounts of stars I would .Great place with friendly and knowledgeable instructors who motivate you aswell as cater for your needs and injuries. A place that welcomes all ages , gender and fitness levels and where you feel welcomed and acknowledged. I've tried many fitness places but this is the best by far.Thank you Mischa for eliminating my concerns at the start as I thought it would be too hard due to my poor fitness level.There was no need for concern as you can go at your own pace and the staff and other people attending are very encouraging.Give this place a try you won't regret it!

Went a few years ago pre Covid and really enjoyed the experience, however when I went to look at classes and bookings for this/next month to start up again and noticed most classes for feb are closed/canceled, just wondering if I could get any info on if the place is closing or just on temporary break or something otherwise, Cheers

Love love love this place!!! Everyone is so lovely, the best community of the best people. So friendly, a good challenge and the coaches are the best! Love going and have a new found drive to get after it!!! Couldn’t rate this place higher!!!! Come down and give it a go, you won’t regret it!!

Awesome coaches, welcoming environment and classes that cater to all ability levels. I can’t recommend Mischa’s Boxing Central enough! Do yourself a favour and head down to the gym ASAP.

I love coming here. Loveliest and approachable trainers. You get out, what you put in. I have been going for over a year and have had the most positive experience, which is why I regularly go to sessions. It's a friendly place for women to learn and train, I am so happy here. Thanks Mischa!
