The guys and gals were great. Turned up on time and left the worksite very clean & tidy and most importantly stopped the leaks to the satisfaction of our Engineer.

The team from DS Projects fixed a serious of water leaks that we had inherited after purchasing a beautiful home overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Avalon Beach, NSW, in 2024, that had been passed on for 25+ years by three previous owners. We purchased and moved in during a dry spell of weather but soon discovered the regular water leaks over two windows and on occasion the centre of our sunroom and had already spent thousands with several so called experts with zero results. For almost 2 years we persisted with towels and buckets, and trying again other than a complete rennovation/rebuild was strongly debated, but agreed to one more go.We found DS Projects via social media and were sceptical of course but their prompt answers to all queries ticked the initial boxes. From the day Eoin arrived to assess our water leak issues and relayed his advice regarding his team's experience and his own overview, we were quietly confident of a positive outcome. When the team finally arrived and began work it was evident that the job was not going to be easy and after several attempts it was more evident that there was a possibility it could not be achieved. To our amazement they persisted and continued to try new methods and each day a new setback was discovered.Brad, who led the team, was always cheerful and quietly confident whilst each site visit we were given a complete detailed report of any work and or progress or even if negative in a manner of which continually gave us reasonable hope the job could be achieved. Not only did Brad and his team finally fix all leaks! they engineered and covered all surfaces back to their original state in a most professional and detailed way the aesthetics and appearance compared to its previous state were extremely pleasing and even better. We highly recommend DS projects for any job big or small and their 25-year guarantee gives us complete confidence in their most professional work.

DS Projects provided great advice on how to track down the source of moisture in our besser block walls and the best way to fix the problem. They were thorough, knowledgeable and happy to explain the options. We really appreciated their guidance and would happily recommend them to anyone dealing with similar issues.

A huge shout-out to the team at DS Projects for providing smart solutions to our waterproofing issues. Moving away from the typical "demolish and replace" mindset with non-destructive alternatives is refreshing, and while time will tell how it holds up long-term, backing the work with a 25-year warranty provides real peace of mind and is a total game changer.

We have used Eoin and Brad to repair water leaks in several of our buildings, and they have always completed the work professionally and efficiently.Their system has proven to be one of the most effective methods we have found for repairing water leaks in existing buildings, without the disruption and expense of unnecessary demolition and replacement. On the one occasion where a leak required further attention, they returned promptly and completed the repair with no questions asked. They always complete the job without fuss and stand behind their work. We have found them to be professional, efficient and trustworthy and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for an effective and reliable solution to water leaks in existing buildings.John FrilingosStasia Holdings Pty Ltd

I’m on a strata that had to engage DS Projects to repair a number of underground units where water was egressing into them. It has been many months and we have had lots of rain since the work was completed. We have had no issues with the repairs and would highly recommend using DS Projects again.

DS Projects were excellent; I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They fixed an issue that several other companies failed to resolve, and six months later it still looks perfect. The workmanship was incredibly neat, the job was on a large area, and they left everything absolutely spotless. Truly impressive from start to finish!

From a fellow waterproofer in the industry. This team is the best!!!! I turn to them for advice and guidance and can reassure that they know what they’re talking about. They are honest, genuine and professional (which is rare to come by in our industry) and know they will always do right by their clients.

The team from DS Projects did good job identifying and addressing the source of an ongoing water ingress issue in our home. Eoin initially attended to assess the problem and developed a comprehensive scope of works to address it.One of our key concerns was minimising any impact or damage on the rest of our home. The DS Projects team arrived as scheduled and took great care in protecting the surrounding areas and flooring. They also ensured the site was cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day.The work was completed well ahead of schedule, and so far we are pleased with the overall outcome.

Eion and his crew did an excellent job addressing the water ingress issues in our basement car park. Most importantly, their communication and follow-up on additional works were faultless. Unlike many builders, their warranty is genuinely reliable and provides real peace of mind

The team at DS Projects were so great. It was a very easy process and they were really thorough in their prognosis and solution to fix the damp rising problems in our 135 year old house! They're the only people who also provide a 25 year warranty which also gives me peace of mind knowing that the house will continue to stand tall another 100+ years!

DS Projects are the ONLY company that can fix water ingress - I had multiple companies come and look at the issue, attempt to fix it with no resolution and lots of money spent. DS Projects came in and were extremely confident at the likelihood of fixing the issue at a very reasonable price. The team that came in were so professional, clean and respectful to my home, covering artwork and cleaning up after themselves - they were a pleasure to deal with and most importantly FINALLY fixed my issue. Highly highly recommend and have already referred to another builder.

I had my basement waterproofed by DS Projects, and I’m very happy with the result. Brad and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality outcome. The basement had a history of water leakage and mould, so this wasn’t a simple job — but the team tackled it with confidence and care. During the project, Sydney was hit by two massive rainfall events, which really put the waterproofing to the test. The extreme weather extended the duration of the work and required some rework, but rather than being a setback, it was a testament to the team’s dedication. They didn’t hesitate to come back, reassess, and make sure everything was done to the highest standard.Brad was fantastic throughout — clear communication, great attention to detail, and a real passion for doing things properly. Thanks to their efforts, my basement is now dry and secure.Huge thanks to Brad and the team.

We had a perplexing damp problem at the join of two concrete slabs in our garage. DS Projects turned out to be a highly professional outfit. They completed the work in just over 1 day at very reasonable cost and we are very happy with the result. One week after treatment our concrete floor is completely dry again. Highly recommended.
