Arlin has been performing jobs for units in my condo building since about 2017. Jobs include painting, caulking, drywall, installing a garbage disposal, hanging shelves, etc. He is always pleasant, he completes jobs well in a timely manner, and rates are fair.

I have had this company do several different jobs over the past few years. They are reliable and professional. They clean up before they leave for the day and are always friendly and polite. They did excellent work installing a new exterior front door, replacing old vinyl tile flooring with ceramic tile, installing a new washer and dryer, installing new interior doors, installing baseboard/shoe molding, installing recessed lighting, interior painting, and replacing a broken water shutoff valve. If I need anything done around the house I’m calling Arlin first!

We had an old deck that needed to be replaced with a new Trex deck. Arlin and his team were super professional, friendly, and took great care in their construction. Their rates were reasonable, and they did an excellent job. We'd definitely recommend them for similar work, and when we need any future work on our house, we'll surely be contacting them.
