Since my text messages and phone calls are no longer being answered, I'm having to rely on this, my last resort.Had I known that close to two months after receiving my quote, and the first payment being processed, I still wouldn't have my closet installed, I would definitely have gone with another provider.Every time it has been ME reaching out to get an update, you don't even have the decency to keep me properly informed. And for what? It's always the same excuse, delays in production, delays in production...I had planned on having the rest of my closets done by your company, but forget about it, just having this one done is quite a deceit.
