Ben was our technician today and he was wonderful! We’ve been having issues with our furnace not kicking off for a few days now and I was looking for a reliable hvac company to use as we hadn’t had luck in the past. Looking at Nicholson’s reviews and testimonies I was pleasantly surprised and scheduled an appointment ONLINE (which was super convenient since it was the weekend). Ben showed up in his time frame, (also super nice as many don’t), he was quick and efficient and fixed the issue we had. The Friday after Thanksgiving called them because our furnace was not acting right. was told a service texh would be there between 2 - 3 that afternoon, but to our surprise the tech called around 11!!! there texh spent a solid hour and half diagnosing the issue and come to find out we needed a new furnace 😔😔😔 A salesmanship contacted us the following Monday and got the ball rolling on a new furnace. today they was finally a b le to install the new furnace and it is running flawlessly. thank you Austin Mike B. Rodney went above and beyond for us with our new build. He noticed some things that weren’t correct with the construction and got us in touch with Cooley Construction who were able to fix the problems. He didn’t have to do that and we appreciate him so much for this. Less

Chris is really passionate about his work and does his very best to help you with your issue. I had an issue with a unit that he had never worked on before, but he called the manufacturers and tried to get to the bottom of the problem even when it was a totally new experience for him. Even though this has been a complete pain for everyone involved, including him, he has done everything he can to make it better. I really respect his work ethic and the fact that even with his experience, he recognizes that when he doesn’t know how to do something yet, he puts the customer first and gets help. Thank you!! Fast, friendly quality service. Jerry went above and beyond what was expected of him. While repairing my Air Conditioning unit he checked my filter (that was in the crawl space). He recommended that I change my filter. He waited outside in a Heat Advisory for me to go get one so he could change it while he was at my home to save me from having to crawl under my house and do it myself. He also charged me for the EXACT amount of freon that he used. I would highly recommend this company...and especially Jerry. Thank you!! Less
