May 12, 2023 Dear Sir, I feel that a review of a product as soon as it is purchased is somewhat meaningless; because the product is brand new, and problems usually occur well after it is purchased. That being said, I would like to review the enclosure which I purchased last December. I have now gone through the winter and most of the spring and the enclosure has performed very well. The issue I had with the enclosure was the anchors installed into the existing awning. Around one of the doors, the screws became loose, and the door was somewhat unstable. After the problem was evaluated, Jim determined a brace should be installed and this would solve the problem. He was right! The braces were installed, and the door was perfect. The enclosure has performed beyond my expectations. I was able to make use of my deck most of the winter. My heaters were able to heat the area as long as the temperature was above forty degrees. The wind was completely eliminated and the experience all winter was very enjoyable. When I was discussing the purchase, Justin explained how the enclosure would give me exactly what I hoped to achieve with my deck. I was skeptic about his evaluation and after much discussion, agreed to purchase the enclosure. And now I can not be more pleased with my decision. The product is very well made but the professionalism of the entire staff, which I have had contact with, has been of a very high standard and is the main reason for my highest recommendation and my highest review. Starting with Justin who came over at the beginning to discuss the options I would have for an enclosure. Continuing with Donna who made all the appointments throughout the process. From the time I used them to service my old awning 7 years ago, to the time I walked into their Islandia HQ with my old motor, I felt like I was in competant, dependable hands. MIke Jr. helped me choose the right size awning for my deck (we downsized a bit) and color, and worked with me to fit the best outcome into my budget. The folks that took down the old awning were quick, and super clean, and worked with my painter to ensure he could paint behind the awning between taking down the old one and the installation of the new one.
