Andersons Fine Jewelry has to be the best jeweler I've been to. Rich repaired my gold necklace last year for inexpensive and in a timely manner. I recently received a watch from my son that needed to be sized to my wrist and Rich resized it for me, right on the spot and I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. This store always greets you with a smile. They 're very friendly and I think they truly believe in customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this jeweler as they were recommended to me from family. We will definitely return to Andersons Fine Jewelry for any repairs or new jewelry.

My wife and I came in to sell some gold coins and were treated exceptionally warmly by the entire staff. They offered by far the best deal of anyone we called (which was many). My engagement ring had a stone fall out. My husband and I came here on a Thursday around 1 pm, since we were in the area. We let them know we had to be in Dunsmuir to check into our hotel around 4pm. They agreed to fix the ring since I had the stone that fell out. For about $120 they agreed to reset it and have it ready no later than 4. They close at 5. They had it ready and reset a second loose stone after they called to ask if I wanted them to. They did an excellent job. My white good ring was polished and looked like new. The center stone is Moonstone surrounded by moissanite. I was very pleased. 💍

Talk to Rich! I'm creating a custom ring made through a third party, but I've worked with Rich throughout the process -- and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He has been extremely patient and professional, keeping me updated every step of the way and always making sure I felt comfortable with the progress. He's also been impressively quick with communication and turnaround, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his valuable insight and guidance. He offered suggestions I wouldn't have thought of, and those details made the design even more meaningful and unique. I loved Anderson jewelers. I went to multiple ring stores but when I came to Anderson's, a gal named Katie helped me and she provided the best customer service I've ever received as a Bride. She honestly was the kindest and most helpful worker. We now have referred her to multiple family members and friends.
