Honestly, I initially chose Lawn Buddies because they offered the most affordable lawn treatment option I could find, but I stayed because of their excellent customer service. At first, I assumed the lower price might mean a rushed or lower-quality job, but they exceeded my expectations and did great work.Whenever I needed to reschedule because of other plans or concerns about the weather, their team responded quickly and was always friendly and reassuring. Everything was handled conveniently over text, so I never had to wait on hold or deal with unnecessary back-and-forth.The technician was also very friendly, did a thorough job, and paid extra attention to the areas where I specifically wanted the fertilizer applied. Overall, I’ve been very happy with both the quality of the service and the customer experience.

I have to admit I was very leery of their $39 something dollar mosquito treatment. Because the other companies are charging over $150 so how could they afford to charge so little. I have had other mosquito companies charge my card whenever they feel like it or change the price at the end of the summer, so interrogated Lawn Buddies like you wouldn't believe. I was looking for red flags. They communicate mainly via text, which I initially thought was the red flag. But they respond rather quickly. And they were polite and patient with me. Answered all of my gotcha questions. The treatments are per treatment (not per month) But I've never really needed more than one treatment a month except for the initial month I needed two treatments. And most importantly no mosquitos!!!! Lawn Buddies I would like to formally apologize and sincerely thank you!
