They were responsive, did quality work, with clear explanations, friendly professionalism, good price, and, of course, guaranteed their work.I had a couple of branches go right through my roof on a few days ago. I called Mr. Thrasher on Sunday afternoon with rain on the way. Not only did he answer the phone, he was very nice, and at my house in 20 minutes! Had someone on my roof within minutes, clearing the branches, and taking pictures of the damage. I was so glad that I called! Again, I got a clear explanation of how the patches (this time) would be done, with a good guarantee, and I was very pleasantly surprised that it was under $400. Nice! On a Sunday afternoon with rain coming. The two holes in my roof were repaired in short time, before the rain got here.No issues with either job!This is a very nice Family. When I think true American small business this is it. They were honest, respectful and did an amazing job. We had a new metal roof done and I could not be happier. I can not recommend them highly enough. The job was done quickly, cleanly and well. I've always been told having roof work done can sometimes be a nightmare.
