Omniworks completed our patio quickly and the finished paving looks beautiful.There were some issues initially. We had asked and been quoted for two steps but only one was built, a cement ramp was added that we hadn't requested, and the garden was left needing further clean-up, with some concrete debris and nails remaining. After raising these concerns, there was a delay in communication which was frustrating.However, once the review was posted, the owner contacted me, apologised, and arranged for the outstanding issues to be resolved. The team returned, installed the second step, removed the unwanted ramp, and addressed the other concerns.While the project didn't go perfectly from the start, I appreciate that they came back and put things right. The patio itself looks great, and it's reassuring to know they stand by their work and are willing to resolve any problems that arise.
