Called Stephen out for an elderly neighbour. Service was excellent. Uncapped gas supply checked her gas fire and other appliances and assured her all was ok. Was polite, helpful and friendly. No call out fees. Linda (we) are very grateful for the service received.

Big job involving installating a gas boiler, 8 radiators, underfloor pipework on 2 floors - Stephen has been thoroughly professional, skilled and knowledgeable, amazingly precise and diligent with every aspect of the work, and also friendly, accommodating and thoughtful over what has been a week-long job. It was a massive job and could've been extremely disruptive, but Stephen worked around us, planned the work very smartly and was quick and methodical. He said to us it would be a big job but once he's done we wouldn't be able to tell he's been, and he was right! We've got a plumber for life!

We couldn't have hoped for a better plumber when we needed our hot water cylinder replacing. Stephen came out promptly, talked us through a range of options and even worked through the weekend so we had hot water back asap. Throughout the process (which wasn't straightforward thanks to our somewhat complicated water system) Stephen was knowledgeable, conscientious and kept us fully informed. What a nice bloke he is too! Would use again and recommend to others without hesitation.
