After returning to Muay Thai after some time off from another gym due to life getting in the way. I chose to pick this gym for not only the convince of the location and schedule that works best for me, but I have had the opportunity in the past to work with coaches Simon and Kyle prior to them opening this gym and can only say absolutely nothing but good things about them. I can assure anyone who might be looking to start doing Muay Thai that both them and the rest of the coaches are trustworthy for proper training and facilitating a safe gym environment keeping egos in check. Everybody I met from hobbyists to those in the fight team are salt of the earth people and are more than happy to help others as needed. You just have to get your foot in the door and whatever you want to get out of muay thai, they will help get you there.

From the very first day, I felt welcomed. The coaches are incredible, they create an environment that’s both supportive and fun while making everything easy to learn. As someone who came in with absolutely no experience, I was a little nervous, but they made me feel comfortable practicing and never made me feel out of place. They’re patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely great instructors who want everyone to improve.If you’re on the fence about trying a class, I’d recommend giving it a shot 10 out of 10 times. However, you might end up coming back every other day like I do. Highly recommend!

Moved from NV to TX and was looking for a good place to train. I saw these guys offered a free class, so I decided to check it out before committing. After the first class, I was hooked!Coming in with no formal training and being completely self-taught, I quickly realized the coaches are willing to work with whatever skill level you're at. Whether you've been training for years or have little to no experience, they take the time to explain things, correct your technique, and push you to get better.Everyone I've met here has been welcoming and helpful. You'll improve your balance, timing, and technique, and you'll probably leave 10x sweatier than you expected. It's honestly become one of my favorite places to be, and I always look forward to coming back.Whether you've been thinking about trying Muay Thai or you're just looking for a fun and challenging workout, I'd definitely recommend taking the free class. There's a good chance you'll end up wanting to come back too.

Took my 8 year old here for a trial session. It was between here and Brazilian jujitsu, when we got in the car he wanted to come back immediately. This environment brought out the excitement in his eyes that he’s been missing for a while now. Strong coaching and discipline were his main points for coming back.

Fantastic spot to learn traditional Muay Thai. As a beginner, never had Muay Thai training and Coaches Wazi and Mihael have be awesome in teaching techniques and fundamentals flawlessly. Now I fell like I’ve been training for month, but it’s only been 4 sessions! Highly recommended!!!

I went to Alliance over the course of a few months. Everyone there was friendly and supportive and that tone is set by Coach Simon. I felt like in general every single coach and member was there to be helpful and look out for each other. No egos at play at all. I’ve had some health issues that would leave me wiped pretty quickly into a session and the team would check in on me as I had to rest. It meant a lot to try doing martial arts again after so long and to have such great support. Although I had to step away from training for now I truly hope I can make it back to Alliance again. Alliance will continue to grow into an even more amazing Muay Thai academy.

Knowledge, Dedication, and Belief. When I think of coaching, these three words come to mind. A coach needs to be knowledgeable in the art they teach, dedicated to its practice, and have belief in the path they set their students upon. In my time at Alliance I have never doubted the sincerity in which the coaches uphold these principles. They’re always welcoming and understanding, going out of their way to help those of us who sometimes struggled on the path. They make the experience of learning Muay Thai fun and relaxing; I never felt like I failed in the gym. Instead I was constantly encouraged to keep trying and the couches would work one on one until I could move forward. Coaches Simon and Kyle have fostered a wonderful gym that I’m so glad to have been a part of and see grow. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to try Muay Thai for the first time, have a fun way to stay in shape, or just be around some amazing people, to join the Alliance!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had such an awesome experience at Alliance yesterday I felt compelled to share my experience with everyone. I've never done martial arts before. I've always been interested but never knew how to start. My friend invited me to a intro lesson at Alliance yesterday and it was awesome. Coach Kyle greeted me at the door and was very welcoming and showed me the basic movements. We did some calisthenics and then practiced some movements. There were multiple coaches giving me feedback on my form. I got a great workout and a appreciation for Muay Thai. Everyone was very positive and welcoming even though I was a total beginner. 5 stars. Great experience!

Even though our son is very energetic, he tends to be shy and reserved, so we were looking for a place that could help him build confidence and come out of his shell. That’s what led us to choose Alliance Thai Boxing Academy.From the very beginning, we were impressed by how easy and welcoming the registration process was. It was clear that they genuinely care about making families feel comfortable and supported.The coach was incredibly kind and patient with our son, taking the time to teach him the basic movements and helping him feel at ease. What stood out to me the most was how they introduced him to the other kids and made sure he felt included right away.You can truly feel that the thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff extend to the children training there as well. It was amazing to see our son, who was initially very awkward and hesitant, overcome that discomfort in just one day.I can confidently say this is a wonderful place for all kinds of kids—whether they need more physical activity, have lots of energy, or are naturally shy and could benefit from building confidence in a supportive environment.I’d like to sincerely thank the coaches and everyone there for creating such a positive and welcoming space!
