Outstanding service — from Kelly who answered the phone to the technician (Riley) who came to our house and diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. This was our second service call and the first company did not diagnose the problem correctly, and in fact recommended a whole new air conditioner. Sabre found a fairly easy repair that has fixed the problem.

My AC quit working last Saturday morning, on one of the hottest days of the year. I tried troubleshooting for the most common fixes but to no avail.I called Sabre, Saturday evening and they came out the following day (a Sunday)!It was a quick fix and because I had just had a regular maintenance plan inspection, there was no charge, on a Sunday, no less.Riley was my technician and he was wonderful. So friendly and knowledgeable.I am a Sabre customer, by default, since they did all the initial installation on my 2 year old new construction, but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing services.Everytime I’ve needed them, they’ve been responsive and done great work.

Rylie the service technician was prompted and fixed the AC unit in about an hour and a half. He was very pleasant. Sabre was very prompt in getting back to me when I made an online service request.
