Had our laundry vents/ductwork replaced and they did an amazing job! They’ve also done our ductless AC install as well. Wouldn’t use any other company but Stack!

We rely on Stack for access to fast service, qualified techs and an office team that understands our needs. It is good that we only need 1 company for our A/C, boiler, and natural gas generator.

Stack Heating and Plumbing did two projects for us this past month. The first was for A/C service since the cooling had unexplainably stopped working during the height of heatwave. Stack showed up fast and had us back in operation. Very professional. The 2nd project was our sump pump, which quit working during a rainy spell. It had not been serviced since new, about 8 years. Stack replaced the entire unit with a new more modern device and backup together with a battery fail-safe. The installer went through the potential risks of just repairing the old system on such an old unit, and he made a sensible case. New sump was installed in less than a day. Nice experience!

Yesterday technician Chris came and prepared our HVAC for the winter season, which included caring for the water heater component of our combi unit. We appreciate his care in doing the complete task.

I’m very happy Stack came out to our place. They were very professional and polite. They diagnosed my problems immediately. If all of Stacks employees were like Bob, they would have the best company on the planet

I recently had a Kohler generator installed and the wiring from the transfer switch to the main panel was very poorly wired. I lost all faith in the dealer and chose Stack to re-wire that connection using PVC conduit which the dealer didn't use. Stack did a fantastic job ensuring that conduit ran all the way from the transfer switch to the main circuit panel. The work and professionalism was outstanding! While checking the meter, they also found that the dealer did not tighten down the wire lug for one of the hot lines between the meter and transfer switch which posed a fire hazard. I highly recommend Stack and have used them for HVAC, plumbing, and now electrical.

My boiler went out a day before my surgery in December. Their sales staff and installation department went above and beyond to work with me. They found a replacement, brougt temporary heaters for my house and installed it , so I could concentrate on my surgery.

Twice this summer I have had to rely on Stack. Stacks electricians buried an electrical line for our pool and most recently I had to have a Stack plumber repair a bathroom faucet valve . From calling and speaking with live local customer service people who actually work for Stack, working with technicians who know their craft, and quoting reasonable prices. Stack is always my local go to when I need home repairs and upgrades completed.

They come when they say they will. Our ac went out on those hot days we are older and both with breathing problems. They came when I called. Very professional. I thank the Lord for them.
