I had a list of plumbing issues that needed attention. Kevin from Stack arrived promptly and went above and beyond expectations with the necessary repairs. He made sure to explain my options, got me quick quotes, and went to work. He reviewed the completed work with me to ensure I was happy with his work. I cannot rate his work high enough, and I always have confidence when I call Stack that they will send out a qualified individual.

The only thing I can say is incredible service and installation. I had Matt, Dan, and Alex at my house to take out a old gravity driven furnace and install a new high efficiency furnace and AC system. They were able to get the old furnace out and the new system downstairs and prepped quickly as well as set the AC system up outside. On day 2 they were able to finalize the setup and install all new ductwork and a new drop for the cold air return, as well as a new thermostat. Everything was tested and made sure all seals were correct on all connections. This was a big investment on my part and it truly shows that Stack knows what they are doing and they do it with customer first white glove service. They answered every question I had going into this new system (how to operate it, how to maintain it, and what to look for or do if there's a issue.)

Technician worked thoroughly to find the problem and correct the situation in a timely manner. Greatly Appreciated.
