They did a great job fixing my hail damage! It took 10+ days to make the repair but the damage was bad and I had a rental car while I waited for the repairs to complete. Everyone I dealt with at PDR Crew was extremely friendly as well.

PDR Crew did a great job repairing my fender bender damage. You can’t tell anything ever happened. And the staff and communication were top notch. They made sure I was informed throughout the insurance process. And they even had great vehicles for me to rent while I waited for the repairs to be completed. Thanks Helena, and your great team.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at PDR Crew following significant hail damage, and I must say the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering quality work. They handled the entire insurance claim process on my behalf, which made an otherwise stressful situation completely seamless. The repairs were completed within the promised timeframe, and the results speak for themselves — my car looks exactly as it did before the storm. I would not hesitate to recommend PDR Crew to anyone in need of hail damage repair or auto body work in the Austin area.”
