Ed and his team were great during my search for a home. When I applied for my loan, Ed and his team were "assigned" to me. I hadn't researched him nor his company. I felt a little concern because of that, but my concerns were quickly erased. Ed looked at several homes with me. He never tried to sell me a property by making it better than it was. After the first home fell through (not the fault of anyone but the seller), Ed continued to search out homes in my comfort zone. He and his team kept in touch via text and email, but it wasn't overwhelming; just to check in every now and then. I saw a property I liked, but I wasn't in the area. He met my girlfriend and they walked the property while I was on a video phone call with him. He answered all of our questions, and agreed the property was indeed a nice choice. An offer was put in the next day and was accepted. Ed explained everything that I needed to do, and his team made sure I knew every step of the way. I can't say enough how painless the process was.
