Caleb did a great job explaining things & kept in contact with us through the whole process of our gutter replacement. When the workers got here they were fast & professional & cleaned up when the job was done.

This was the second roof the company has done for me. Salesman was nice, but communication fell off once contract was signed. Work was done on a Friday, but I wasn’t informed that the job was complete. The dumpster was still in the driveway and 5 bundles of shingles left on the grass. Tuesday I called to inquire when work would be completed and was told it was done and they’d send someone to get the dumpster so that I could access my car. They removed the dumpster but left the bundles of 80lb shingles which I had to drag off the lawn myself (I’m 67). I called again the next day and was told the inspector would be by to retrieve them . Inspector was to run a magnet again and check the work. I had to point out a lifted shingle after his inspection which he agreed needed to be caulked down. No magnet was run. A very nice production manager called to apologize that they had taken on too many jobs. He also told me I should not have been charged 80.00 for a piece of plywood and that he would make that right. No word, since . It’s been awhile now, so I’m guessing that refund will not be coming. Very nice people, but not a great experience.
