I came in for a free facial and chemical peel today, and it was my first time ever. From the minute I walked in, Justin, Bailey, and Carly greeted me brightly and made me feel welcomed and comfortable! Bailey was amazing, an absolute queen gassing me up and explaining the products and what she was doing, once again making me feel comfortable and at ease for my first ever medspa experience. Even though he mentioned he was new, he was so quick to reference and encourage the new providers as if they were his personal friends.
