Five stars for Eva! She is helping me with my strength/balance and I am learning so much about proper techniques and form. The training sessions are challenging, varied, and tailored perfectly to my goals. I feel more confident in my movements and also so much stronger. I also really like the gym - it’s clean, has a lot of great workout equipment and is open 24/7.

I was visiting in town for 2 weeks and saw all the great reviews from this gym. Stopped by and had Zach give me a week pass and a brief tour. I really loved how down to earth and chill this place is. No pressure to sign up for a big membership and nice people. I met Eva who owns the gym on my 2nd week in town and she was really kind and friendly. If you’re looking for an easy going gym with cool people and to support a local business, this is your place :)

Derek has been nothing short of amazing as a welcoming gym owner and as a personal trainer. My most recent training experience with him pre and post hip replacement surgery facilitated a smooth procedure and above average recovery in terms of of time, strength and fitness. He shares his vast knowledge during custom workouts that provide exactly what you need at that moment. The facility is clean, friendly and has all the strength training equipment you need.

Great experience, signing up was easy price is very reasonable. There's plenty of equipment, great environment and canceling is easy as well. 24/7 which is awesome. They also have great protein products. Worth the sign up for sure.
