Having joined recently, what stands out the most so far is how judgement free the environment feels. You can focus on your goals and feel good doing it, without the pretentious crowd.Like others have mentioned, the place is no frills, but clean, and has a lot of equipment available to use. Specifically equipment I haven’t seen at many other gyms, which gives it a uniqueness.One of the gym owners, Eva, is my personal training there, and she’s great. Very knowledgeable, passionate, and invested in helping you grow.
