I started personal training with Eva about a month ago and it has been an excellent way to start improving my health. She really tailors the program to improve your fitness in a sustainable manner so you don't get burned out. She also includes nutrition advice and education during the session to help guide you towards a better diet. Super understanding and considerate of life's busy schedules as well. I would definitely recommend training here.
