Small, clean quiet park. Nice manager. Good location.

This RV park is wounderful, clean, quite, allow 2 small dogs, bathrooms are always clean, men/women. Pool very nice management exceptional, friendly neighborhood, within walking distance of restaurants, gas, grocery store, mall.

Simple yet pleasant. I prefer Smoke Tree RV over the others in the area hands down. Monthly rate plus electric. Option to obtain your own cable/internet through Spectrum.

Amazing experience and management. Would recommend to everyone.

This RV Park is one of the best, in my opinion. Well worth looking into. I've been here for a few years and it has only improved. We have the new gated community, our pool, laundromat, and clubhouse. The areas are always clean. One of the perks is that we can use the mobile home Park facilities, too. It's near the Bus line, stores, restaurants, and Highway 99, which makes it easy to access places to visit. Check it out. Highly Recommend.
