This was the first nutrition and fitness plan that I have done in over 20 years that I saw real results and almost immediately. I did the 6-week challenge and lost 20 pounds and gained strength, muscle definition, energy, and self-confidence. I felt so much better - lighter physically and emotionally. The workouts are challenging, fresh and new all the time - so I'm always working and strengthening different muscles, some I didn't even know I had! And such a great team of coaches - friendly, fun, and encouraging and always there to help make sure you know what to do and are using the correct form in the workout. I also can't say enough good things about the nutrition plan. It was easier than any other plan to stick to, I was never hungry. I missed a few things but once I was at a healthy weight, I could start adding those things back in. So, it wasn't really a diet, as much as improving my quality and quantity of eating and has become a lifestyle change to me. It's been 2 years now and I have only gained back around 5 pounds - but that was due to relaxing my eating standards (too much!) and making too many exceptions over the holidays for sweets and processed foods. Back on track now!
