We can't say enough good things about our experience with All Seasons Roofing."We" are the owners of an 18-unit condo building. Our ancient flat roof was pillowy from moisture trapped in old foam under its too-often-patched surface membrane, but only one new neighbor in our building full of academics, artists, MDs, and intellectuals understood that replacement was needed. We had no plan or budget for a new roof. Out of ignorance, we had let it go too long.In multiple visits, our All Seasons Roofing sales rep, Guillermo Garcia, did a masterful job of teaching, demonstrating, and coaching us to a full understanding of what we had, then the path to installing our much-needed new roof. He used a cut-out core of the old roof to help us see the deterioration our roof had suffered. He built a very substantial model of the layers of materials that would be used to build our replacement roof. Kind to a fault, over the course of multiple meetings and discussions, he answered every question with pleasant patience. Everyone in the building came to comfortably understand what had been invisible to us before.While we waited for our lengthy HOA approval process for our new roof and billed ourselves with a special assessment to pay for it, All Seasons Roofing technician Jaime Ramirez made several trips to our building to intelligently patch and protect our past-its-life existing roof until the new roof could be installed. Always in good cheer, he was a welcome and reassuring presence during at least a half-dozen visits over more than a year while we worked through our steps.The process of installing our new roof involved a major crane, a semi-trailer truck load of supplies, and weeks of a full-time All Seasons Roofing crew on our building. The job was CLEAN at the end of every day. The damage to our building was NONE. The crews were polite and conscientious to a fault. Even our hired and invited experts who came at various times to critique the work in progress came away as big fans of all that All Seasons workers did and do. Even though our recruited oversight was surely insulting and annoying, none of the All Seasons staff ever got cranky with us.Our job supervisor, Esteban Solis, was 100% alert and responsive even at 9pm on a Saturday night for a panicked call about a small leak when the new roof was incomplete, and a protective tarp had blown off an unfinished skylight. Our job foreman, Diego Acevedo, was on our roof by 9am that Sunday morning to rework the tarp to stop the leak. We were pretty embarrassed that we hadn't just checked on that tarp ourselves (it's an easy walk up a very nice staircase to reach our flat roof, surrounded by high walls -- no danger), but both Esteban and Diego were perfect gentlemen about our ignorant helplessness.The new roof is PERFECT. Our building is watertight. The budget was exactly as was predicted. We can't recommend All Seasons Roofing highly enough.
