My HOA contracted All Seasons to do the roofing on buildings in my complex. We were told to take things off the walls because due to the nature of the work items could fall. Also, that it would be loud. I decided that I would need to day-board my cat to keep her safe and happy, but the HOA gave us 2 1/2 week window, which would be quite expensive. I contacted Jackie at All Seasons and she had a solution for me. She notified me EVERY day and let me know when they would be working on my roof so that I didn't have to board her on days they weren't on my building. And because they were actually done in about a week, and Jackie let me know they were done, I was able to only need to board my cat for 7 days instead of almost 3 weeks. She was so kind and responsive. Also, not only was the roof was completed quickly, each night supplies were put away neatly and out of the way. In the middle of 2017, I noticed a crack in my ceiling which ultimately was a result of old rotting wood between my roof and chimney. My HOA contracted All Seasons Roofing to take a look and they immediately identified the source of the problem. They were able to replace the siding of my chimney as well as weatherproof the roof areas that joined the chimney. And James, who was the account manager, was very cordial in keeping me updated on progress, whether through phone or text. Fast forward to now, I haven't noticed any leaks in my ceiling, even through the harsh rainy seasons of the last few months. 'm an HOA Board member and normally don't write reviews but this time I feel that I owe this company a good word or two. The process of selecting a contractor for a big roofing project is always taken very seriously and it can be daunting for both the Board and the bidders. When we received the bid from All Seasons, our Board had a lot of questions and these guys stepped up, making the selection decision a no-brainer. We are now in the middle of a complete re-roofing project and so far everything is going as we were promised. John, the project manager is keeping us updated regularly, Ray, the superintendent and his crew is respectful and clean, no complaints from the tenants. Again, this is a huge project underway. I already have a solar system on my roof, but all seasons worked with my solar company and set everything up to remove and reinstall my solar. They were great at keeping us informed as they got ready to start. The production manager john fielder came to our home with the super and the foreman the day the roof started to be removed and gave us his contact information in case we needed anything. I recently had a solar power system installed which required that a section of our roof's light-weight concrete tiles be replaced by shingle. All Seasons Roofing & Waterproofing were subcontracted by the solar system installer to do the singles. This required multiple visits by the solar installers and the roofers to remove the concrete tiles, install the singles and solar panel mounting system, install the panels, then back fill the concrete tiles to match the footprint of the solar panels, all with multiple visits from roofing and electrical inspectors. Over all, the All Seasons team did an excellent job, they were very professional, fast and did a great job of working with the solar system installers to get the job done with minimum disruption. They kept me fully informed of what was happening at every stage, working around the recent rain to get everything done as quickly as possible. I work from home and if it wasn't for the unavoidable hammering on the roof I would not have known they were here. The job site was tied-up every day, and when they left the only sign that they had ever been here was a single length of plastic ribbon that had been missed in the final clean up. Less

Cameron John spent nearly an hour educating me about roofs over the phone the first time I called up All Seasons Roofing. After searching 7 or 8 different roofing companies I decided to have All Seasons Roofing do the job. The CertainTeed Landmark TL Shenendoah is a great looking roof. Cameron recommended it and spent time explaining and showing me the pros and cons of different types of roofs. They were also able to take payment with a credit card which was a huge plus. It saved me money because my credit card has a 0% interest rate for 2 years. That literally saved me thousands of dollars in interest charges. I am sure the new roof and new gutters will work just as well as they look. Hopefully, I can find out sooner than later. It has not really rained since they installed the roof in June. I recommend using All Seasons Roofing because Cameron John, Moses, and Vicky were friendly and honest. I trust if I need them in the future regarding my roof/gutters they will not leave me waiting and/or overcharge. Many neighbors have commented about our new roof. We get nothing but compliments. Hello everyone, This company has gone through some changes with their staffs since 2013. They have been working on my roofing for quite a few times due to multiple leaks of an old aged roof. I do not look at the past of this company but the future. I believe the new management now is superior. I have spoken to the receptionist Marlene, she is very helpful with great patience whenever I called and the staff Vicky passed all the massages to the right contact. Once I got through the phone, it was Production Manager Johny Orosco who did not ask me one question, just asking " Can I come to your house tomorrow at 10am to check your roof?" That Surprise me greatly. Johnny spent a right amount of time to figure it out where the leak caused with one or two possibility and followed up with a immediate schedule repair. The repair guys were send the following week. Those guys know exactly what to do and find the leak area as much as Johnny suggested. After repair was done, this time they tested with water for a good time before the guys know for sure the roof would not leak any longer. Now I have to say that no matter how big rain comes, I can rest without worries while I am sleeping. Here I want to express my gratitude to all the staff in All Seasons Roofing! I interviewed ten different roofing companies before deciding on All Season Roofing. Their representative, Cameron John, was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He had product with him (something none of the other company rep's bothered to do). He listened to my needs and explained why he perceived the product he recommended, and his company, best met our needs. We were in the beginning stages of a home remodel and advised that there would be a delay in the installation as I wanted the work done in conjunction with that remodel. All Seasons waited patiently for months as the remodel progressed. They called periodically (every few weeks) to make sure we were on schedule and to determine if they could facilitate in any way. They met with our general contractor on multiple occasions to coordinate the installation and make sure all roofing needs (i.e., venting, flashings, etc.,) , and the needs of the general contractor (and mine) were considered and met. When it came time to do the actual installation, All Seasons responded and began installation within three days of the request. All workmanship was done in a professional and timely manner. The minor problems that were noted (strapping of a gutter, some minor caulking at some plywood seams and the like) were addressed immediately upon my request. Throughout the installation, Cameron stopped by daily to insure that all of my needs were being addressed. I dealt with Victoria in their office when dealing with billing and payment. She was responsive to my wishes, pleasant, professional and always with a good word of welcome when I called. She could not have been a greater pleasure to work with. I do not make recommendations of workmen lightly; however, since starting the project, I have recommended All Seasons Roofing to both my niece in Saratoga and one of my neighbors. We had doubts before signing All Season as our roofer after reading the mixed reviews here, but it all turns out good. In July, we got new life-time composition roof installed by All Season replacing the original wood shingle. During the process, I've watched the roofers installing from the boards, felt paper to every piece of shingles. They've done it professionally and carefully, the new roof looks just gorgeous, the weathered wood color blends in so well with the trees and the surrounding neighborhood, the underneath is as sound as its look. We used to have critters tearing old wood shingle and got into the attic, now I can sleep soundly at night knowing how tightly installed my new roof is. Along with reroof, we also had the brand new steel gutter installed, for steel gutter, the color and shape choices were limited, our first choice of color and shape were not available, the project supervisor Jonny tried his best to accommodate our requirements, the new gutter looks so nice that it adds the awesome white cream lining around the roof. We had steel gutter screen which comes only in black, Jonny told the gutter guy to paint the screen white to match the gutter color, that was really wise. The color matched so well and enhanced the white trim along the edge. The whole project took around 6 to 7 days, partially due to the gutter choices and some miscommunication with the salesman Nathan regarding to the tear down and board on. While through the entire process, Jonny has been helping out and coordinating on every single detail, stopping by every day to check on the progress, even brought me to the roof top to examine the work after it was complete. I've also got calls and follow ups from the sales manager Cameron, who personally came by and asked for my feedback, helping coordinating the progress schedule and follow up with me after the job is complete. I am more than satisfied to both of their great help and diligence, they've showed real care to a customer's needs, and gone out of their way to make sure we are satisfied and the roof job is done properly and nicely. My neighbors really like our roof, from the color to the installation, I'd heartily recommend All season to them and all my friends. Less

Absolutely the best there is! Our "salesman", Micah, was completely professional and didn't try to up-sell us on things that would actually void the manufacturer's warranty. We put "salesman" in quotes because he isn't your typical salesman. He will actually get up on the roof, do his own inspection / measurements and, at the end of the day, even helps with the install. Micah is a one-stop shop and was highly reachable for all of our questions. We were worried about all the horror stories you hear about contractors. Not so with with All Seasons. They far exceeded our expectations. To be honest, our only wish is that we had another roof for them to replace. We used All Seasons Roofing to replace our old shake roof with Certainteed Presidential TL shingles. We also replaced our gutters with a unique concave profile suggested by All Seasons. The combination of Pres TL shingles and the architectural look of the gutters noticeably improved the look of our house. All Seasons has in-house tear off crews, roofers, and gutter crews, minimizing any possible issues with sub-contractors and simplifying coordination (although in our case, the tear off was subbed out). They specified the work to be performed in detail, and delivered as promised without any surprise extra charges. As with any large project, unexpected problems and changes do come up. All Seasons just absorbed a few small changes we asked for and dealt with the problems quickly and fairly. Everyone we dealt with at All Seasons was customer oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and highly competent. In particular, Nathan (sales and project management), and Maraleno and Eufemio (roof installers) stand out, going beyond our expectations to ensure a high quality installation and ensuring that we were happy. All Seasons strategy of having the sales person handling project co-ordination and dealing with any issues through to the end is an excellent concept. We highly recommend All Seasons. Less

this company sent an estimator out the same day i called in, he was young and at first i wasnt sure if he would even know what he was talking about, but after 10 minutes of talking to him he actually knew his stuff, blew my mind with all of his technical knowledge to questions i asked, a roof believe it or not is not just a simple task if you have a very cut up roof. he was very polite, helpful and workable, told me all about the company, showed me projects they had done, gave me references up front even came out and said one thing that is sticking with me, construction is messy, you will always have issues but just going with the cheapest is going to give you what you pay for. no construction company makes everyone happy but if the work is outstanding i would rather have good work than good pr, from their online reviews people think they can improve on their pr but have seen no bad reviews about their work unlike most other workers. they completed my roof 2 weeks ago i went with a presidential material. the only issue i had was they had to take 1 day extra in the proccess, which was fine, they had found dry rot and had to stop work to fix it. the workmanship was impeccable and these guys know what their doing. let them do what they know how to do and dont try to manage your own project on your roof and you will have the best roof in town. i bought almost solely because of their experience and micah johnson their estimator. every time i called with a question he was right on it to answer me. these guys know what theyre doing, they know exactly how to do it and i think if you just let them do it, they will deliver. and remember its construction, not a dream world, things happen, delays happen. if your expecting perfection, dont hire any contractor, do it yourself. as far as a company they did what they said they would, better than i expected, were honest and responsive and overall im very happy compared to other contractors ive hired. Wow. I had just the opposite experience. I contracted with these guys for a solar system in July, it's September, they helped me get financing, and I am fully commissioned with PGE. The sales rep and solar division director treated me wonderful and communicated via email with me daily. There were no issues with permits, California Solar Initiative rebates or PGE scheduling. I am very glad I went with a roofer as now I am protected agaist leaks ad moisture for 10 years. My contract ws $40,000 and I would hire them again and will refer them to all my friends. Less

We recently had roof issues with our house, it's a flat modified bitumen roof, which is apparently the worst type of roof in the history of roofs. There was a leak in our kid's bedroom and after a handful of roofers stopped by and provided suggestions/quotes, these guys had what seemed to be the most logical long term solution with a very competitive bid - keep in mind I know nothing about roofs. The initial and main point of contact, James, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They scheduled work for the following weekend and he brought in one of their roofers named Jaime who was also just as knowledgeable - I must admit, it was very cool watching them torch the roof to ensure it was water tight and sealed. They spent half the day on the roof and the finished product appeared better than what I expected, they even stayed within their estimate, and most importantly it's been several months now after several rainy sessions and no leak. James even spent about 45 minutes with me on the roof showing me how to perform basic maintainenance on the roof and fix a few minor items that could potentially be an issue down the road, all this after he already had my payment in hand. If you ever have a roof issue (warning: roof issues really suck) of course get multiple bids, but definitely give these guys a shot. Solid work and also just as important, very nice guys. Less

Our roof is beautiful. Everytime I look at it I get a rush of happiness. Our estimator said the roof would be done in 3 days. They finished in 2! On the first day of the job the crew was busy taking off the old roofing (about 2 hours). After the materials were loaded up, the lathe was soon covered with plywood and tar paper. When looking for a roofer, make sure the company guarentees same for day tear off, plywood and tar paper installation. In the middle of summer this might not seem like a big deal, but you do not want your attic space exposed to the elements, insects or anything else that can compromise the interior of your home after the roof is gone. There is someone down the street from me having their roof replaced and it is day 3 of the job and the tar paper still isn't up. Not good. All Seasons also did a great job of keeping my yard clean. Even after tear off I could barely tell they were there (except my roof was gone and replaced with plywood and tar paper). If you want a trouble free job of high quality and great appearance you have to go to All Seasons. Less
