Ryan came and replaced my dying water heater. I am thoroughly impressed with his work. The replacement looks like a work of art. It's the small things that made the difference for me. For example the concrete blocks the water heater sat on off the floor were crooked and looked haphazardly placed. When Ryan replaced it, he straightened the blocks, made the new heater look professionally installed. The piping is all neat and tidy. It is nice to see someone who takes a real pride in their work. Last night one of our pipes started to leak, and quickly started to damage our kitchen ceiling. I reached out to a few local plumbers in Hooksett, but no one was available. I called Ryan with RD Donovan Plumbing, and to my surprise, he answered the phone (after 8pm on a Friday)! When I told him what was happening he promptly walked me through the steps to shut off my water so we can minimize the damage from the leak. Even better, he was at my house this morning at 7:30am (on a Saturday), opened up the ceiling and got everything repaired, and tested all our fixtures throughout the house to make sure there were no other issues. Not only was Ryan available, he is professional, extremely thorough, affordable and probably the best plumber out there!! The next time we need a plumber, he will be my first and ONLY call! I wish all contractors were as honest, and responsive as Ryan. Thank you so much for saving my house and my weekend Ryan - you’re the BEST!!!

Ryan came over immediately to help me with an emergency in my new home and was a tremendous help. He worked incredibly fast but was happy to stop and explain anything to me as I asked. Ryan was a huge help last week. The HVAC company hired to replace the failing water heater installed a new one but did not remove the old one which was full of water. Ryan answered his phone, showed up on time and got the old water heater out of the basement. Thanks Ryan.
