Updating my review after resolution:My initial experience with this company was very disappointing. See the review below.When I first contacted the company, the response was frustrating and did not feel like they were taking full responsibility.However, after escalating the issue, the owner personally reached out and worked to make things right. They sent a different team back to re-clean my entire home, including the basement, with no time constraints.The second cleaning was outstanding — easily the best clean I’ve had. Every area was addressed thoroughly and to a very high standard.While the initial experience was not acceptable, I do give them credit for ultimately taking accountability and correcting the issue. Which says more to me about the company than the initial disappointing clean.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.*********************************************************************This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.I paid $300 for a “top-to-bottom” cleaning of my 2100 sq ft home, clearly requesting an entire house clean. What I got was an incomplete and poorly done job.They didn’t clean my basement at all — not even touched. The rest of the house was barely cleaned. There was still dust on the blinds, on my children’s dressers, on my husband’s dresser, and even on my piano. There were also coffee stains still left on my kitchen counters and visible grime in the corner of the kitchen. I also know they didn’t vacuum properly because a dog ball that was under my table before they arrived was still sitting there in the exact same spot when I got home.This is basic cleaning — not detail work — and they didn’t even get that right.When I contacted the company, they admitted there was an issue but refused to fix it unless I paid MORE money to have the basement cleaned. Their idea of a resolution was either letting them try again in the spaces they didn't clean (STILL wanting to charge me to touch the basement at all) or offering a $20 refund on a $300 job, which is honestly insulting.I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and was never connected with one. Instead, I received the same scripted responses over and over again.This company does not stand behind their work, and their “satisfaction guarantee” clearly doesn’t mean anything.Save your money and go with a company that actually cleans your house and takes responsibility when they don’t.I'll be filling complaints against their bonding company (but who even knows if they're actually bonded at this point), the BBB, and State Consumer Protection Office of Virginia.
