I initially used NextDay for a move in clean in 2021. We purchased a home that was borderline hoarded and after weeks of trying to clean it myself I knew I needed help. They did an AMAZING job. I recently became ill and unable to keep the house at my very high standards and knew they were the place to call. This isn't the company for you if you just want someone to dust and vacuum. They dust your baseboards, windowsills, ceiling fans, lamps, all surfaces, vacuum floors and furniture, leave bathrooms sparkling, etc. It costs more than a light home clean but you get what you pay for! I'm extremely picky (friends have referred to my home as "uncomfortably clean" in the past) and NextDoor is the only service I've felt gives me what I pay for. Less

I used them for a move-out clean. The townhome was empty and I had them use a keybox to gain entry --They kept me up-to-date leading to the day of the clean. The day after my schedule clean I went to check on the place and it was spotless. They did a better job then I even expected. Floor boards, sinks, toilets, cabinets, floors, even the fridge and microwave (included in move-out cleaning) -- all looked amazing.I also included the carpet cleaning add-on , which they subcontracted to Shiny Cleaning. The subcontract was painless and also stayed in touch the whole time and did an amazing job.While the price was a bit more then other places - the cost was well worth it.
