This food is AMAZING! It has such great, authentic flavor and tastes like it was homemade and prepared with lots of love and care. The cubano sandwich is to die for but I would also highly recommend the bowls! You get great protein, delicious rice, and sides of your choice for a great price. We already can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu! We got meat plates (pork and ropa vieja) and guava bread pudding and they were all delicious. The environment and service are so warm and inviting!

Ate lunch at Mambo today. Went home. Came back 4 hours later and ate dinner there too. It’s that damn good. Authentic Cuban bowls, great atmosphere, and the owner is an absolute gentleman. Genuine, kind, and hospitable. If you’re considering eating here, let this be the review that convinces you. I’ll probably be back again tomorrow.

I’m always on the hunt for new places to eat, and as of this writing Mambo is two weeks old. Delicious food, family friendly atmosphere, and the owner was very personable. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to any and all.

This place was awesome! I got the bowl with yellow rice, black beans, macaroni salad, and pork stew! It was all perfect and I finished every bite. The best beans and rice I've had, and the bread pudding is to die for!

This was a wonderful surprise in the heart of Provo! The food was absolutely spectacular! The conversation with the owner was the icing on the cake. The atmosphere was on point. Stopped here for lunch today. It was so good. I got the baked chicken with yellow rice and pasta salad. Husband got the ropa vieja with white rice and black beans. We got a side of tostones. It was all so delicious and had tastes of home. Highly recommend! Give them a chance and spread the word.

WOW! I was very delighted to find a taste of home so far from home. I will be coming to this place every time I’m in Utah! The food was great and Iris was very welcoming! I felt at home.

I finally made it to Mamba Caribbean Buffet. I'd seen the signs and just couldn't time it right until today. The set up is clean and cute. My young host was polite and very knowledgeable and friendly about their offerings. He explained the different fruit drink offerings and I chose the pineapple and pear. I was seated and he showed me where the buffet was. Many chicken beef and pork dishes, flavorful riced, plantains fried and some whipped!(highly recommend). Delicious frijoles, salads and so many other sides! Everything is fresh, not too much salt, perfectly prepared and reminded me of eating at that one relative that should have a restaurant's house. Genuinely good, fresh food. Iris came out to make sure everything was good and she's so nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my meal and cannot wait to come back with my friends. Nothing frozen here!

Alright so I’m always terrified of buffets but this place is way good. The lady home cooks all of it, so it all hits way harder. Not to mention when I asked for a few things, bam she went and brought out a fresher version for me. Really solid Dominican food. Great rice, great meats. Highly recommend trying it.
