My mother and I had the great pleasure of working with Dallas & Holly from Havok Restoration of San Diego. They were professional, kind, and considerate. As for their work ethic, we couldn't have asked for better. Holly walked me through everything they were going to do with clear explanations as to why they were doing these things and why it needed to happen. They even provided next steps for after their visit. Holly promised us a quote from her initial visit and we had it that afternoon. Dallas & Holly came in, did what they said they were going to do efficiently and with great care. If you need a company for this type of service, I highly recommend them.

We reached out to Havok to help us with a potential clean up after squatters left our property utterly destroyed. I was able to make an appointment quickly and they followed up that morning to see if they could come earlier than expected! What great customer service!! Thank you again!

You guys I cannot even begin to give my gratitude to Holly at Havok Restoration of San Diego. I had a mouse wreak literal havoc on my house, ON MY BED no less. When I realized the mouse was here I was so overwhelmed and on the verge of a panic attack/mental break down bc it pooped everywhere and took forever to get rid of it. Holly was the first person I talked to. So incredibly quick and responsive. She made time out of her incredibly busy schedule to start a quick clean to where I could simply sleep for the night. Like wow. Incredibly incredible service. Her crew came their next available day (which was very soon after my initial call and her coming out for the emergency clean). I was absolutely hysterical and I’m telling you she calmed me right down and reassured me. They helped ease my mind and reduce stress. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. WORTH THE MONEY!! It took awhile for me to catch my mouse but after I caught it, Holly came out again a THIRD time to do one last go of fog for the areas/items that couldn’t be washed. I now call Holly my biohazard girl. I recommend her to everyone. I promise you won’t be disappointed and actually so blown away by their responsiveness, care, and ease they put into helping you get your life back on track with a sanitized home.
