On 01/22/25, I approved the job—initially for motorized overhead storage, and shortly after, I decided to move forward with the slat wall installation as well. The installation took place today, 01/29/25, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Installation Day: Ramon and Jared arrived promptly at 8 AM, providing a thorough overview and breakdown of the installation process and what to expect. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident from the start. They treated our home as if it were their own, keeping the workspace clean, ensuring everything was installed perfectly, and walking us through the functionality and ease of use of both products. Throughout the process, I rarely had to check in—it was more about seeing their progress and admiring the transformation. As a token of appreciation for their exceptional service, I treated them to lunch and also made sure to take care of them after the job was complete. Overall a good experience. The sale & design worked out as planned. I would rate the quality of the installation of the floor a 10 however the installation of the cabinets & slat boards a 7. One of the slat boards was not installed properly which led to the brackets not fitting correctly. The detail around cutting the slat boards to fit around the outlets could have been better. One of the cabinet doors was damaged when delivered however the installer recognized it immediately & ordered a new one for replacement. After the completion of the installation a final walk through was not performed by anyone from the company. This final step needs to be included moving forward. Less
