We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Prime Build to replace our old single patio door and window with beautiful new double patio doors. Although we’re still in the renovation phase, we can already see what a difference this transformation is going to make to the room, allowing so much more natural light in.Jack and the team’s workmanship was first-class, and everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result so far.We would highly recommend Prime Build to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a professional service. Thank you, Jack and the team — we’ll certainly be returning customers!

Jack and the team have just cleared away the last bits and pieces having completed a downstairs extension for me from start to finish. Although the house is around 10 years old, the brickwork blends completely and it already looks like it has always been there. The quality of all the work is superb. Considering they were on and off site for a couple of months I don't think we ever had a cross word and not just Jack but all the sub contractors were a pleasure to have around. We did hit a few snags on the way out of both of our control, including having to dig the foundations of a metre deeper, causing delays and a bit of rescheduling. But in the end the results speak for themselves and we couldn't be happier. We all live local to each other so it's nice to think that at the end of it all, should we meet in the street, we came out of it as friends. It might seem a strange thing to say but these type of projects, however small require a lot of co-operation and I think we would all agree it was a very happy time all round.

The vision I had they have achieved and so much more. The way they work is very professional and their organisations skills are fantastic. They left the areas they were using and working in very tidy. The only problem is the front garden now needs their magic to keep up with the back lol. Can't wait for next year when they build a bespoke garden room for us. Jack and his co carried out the re-pointing work of our house in Cambridge. From the quotation to the final finishing work, I had a very good experience. The work was carried out in the summer 2025, which happened to be during these a few very hot days. The team (his dad and another worker) never complained, just ploughed through the work. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the re-pointing transformed the look of the house. I have no reservation to recommend Jack based on my interaction with him.

We have now used Prime Build services on multiple occasions. We have always found their work to be to the highest standard. We had an awful experience with a previous builder, then we luckily were introduced to Jack and his team. Not many could say that a building project was fun but happy to say ours was. Jack and Team arrived on site ready and more than able, with a first class sense of humour. Their communication was excellent and consistent, which for me is a hugely important. Our project consisted of changing almost every room in the house and the team made it possible for us to remain living in the house whilst the works took place, which was impressive as the works included significant ground floor renovation, structural works, chimney removal and new floor windows and doors throughout. For me, another important factor was being able to trust the guidance given, especially when I expanded the scope of works and like every good client, changed the brief halfway through.Would I recommend the guys? Absolutely, time and time again! We’re planning a third phase to our overall renovations and Jack will be the first and only port of call.

Prime Build completed a comprehensive kitchen renovation for us, which included significant structural work such as removing internal walls and installing steel beams to create the open-plan space we had always envisioned. They also adapted our roof structure to accommodate two skylights. The entire project ran smoothly from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and would highly recommend Prime Build.
