Excellent salad bar on Sunday. Wished I was told that wasn't separate from the breakfast buffet. Very expensive salad, 25.00. Oh well.

Had a wonderful dinner at Fusion at Ridgefields and can't recommend it enough. I started with the cucumber martini -- light, refreshing, and beautifully balanced with Tajín rimming the glass and fresh cucumber inside. Fabulous drink. I also tried the banana old-fashioned, which was tasty but definitely more of a slow-sipping cocktail rather than something to knock back quickly. The table-side guacamole was a great way to start the meal -- fresh and made right in front of you. For my entrée, I had the honey glazed salmon, served with mushroom rice with spinach and vegetables , and it was absolutely divine. I'm not usually a big rice person, but this was excellent, and the spinach was a perfect complement to the salmon. Every bite was outstanding. Service was fantastic -- my server was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the meal. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Fusion at Ridgefields to anyone looking for a great meal with a creative drink menu.

Had an incredible brunch experience on the patio. Shannon was so much fun and attentive. Enjoyed the chicken francese and the biscuits and gravy are out of this world 💕🫶🩵You won’t be disappointed.

Fusion at Ridgefields is an absolute gem!The food was incredibly delicious, every dish bursting with flavor. 😋 Service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxed meal. I loved the overall ambiance. Great view from the restaurant. Highly recommend checking it out!

We went today and sat on the patio at Fusion in Kingsport overlooking the river. Easily one of the best outdoor dining spots in the area. Enjoyed their reasonably priced lunch buffet. Today they had two soups to choose from, a make-your-own salad bar, a chicken dish and two pastas. My husband had the chicken and I had the pasta. Everything was delicious, and our 2-year old enjoyed the broccoli 🥦 from the pasta along with the peaches and cottage cheese. Our server David was great. He’s from Australia and was so fun to talk to. If you have not tried the patio dining at Fusion, what are you waiting for?

I pulled up to Fusion at Ridgefields by myself like a grown adult (very rare), mainly because my girlfriend Olivia was bartending and I figured I should at least pretend to be a supportive boyfriend.First off, this place is way nicer than I deserve to be in. Low lights, super clean, and everybody looks like they have their life together. Meanwhile I'm just there for moral support and food.Olivia was behind the bar absolutely carrying the establishment, making drinks like a professional and not judging me for sitting there alone. She was super attentive, super attractive, the drinks were perfect, and you can tell the staff actually cares about what they're doing. Shout out the host Meisha she is tough also!I ordered food expecting "good for Kingsport," and got "actually really, really good." Everything came out fast, looked fancy, and tasted even better than it looked. No complaints at all.The vibe is perfect whether you're on a date, with friends, or just sitting there solo like me pretending you're important. Super relaxed but still upscale.10/10 would recommend. Go sit at the bar and tip Olivia so I can have a nice birthday present.

The service was great. The food was plentiful and delicious. We were a party of 4 and we had eggplant parmesan, chicken Marcelo, shrimp and grits and salmon. Everyone loved their food and walked away full! Definitely will be back!

The Food a Fusion Restaurant is really good I highly recommend it.

I have eaten at Fusion several times now, and every time the food has been absolutely delicious. It's my favorite local restaurant. The curry is amazing, and the appetizers are wonderful. The service is also good, and the owners are there, too. I've enjoyed the patio seating outside when it's warm, and the main dining room is pleasant as well. They even have live music from time to time, so that's another plus!
