Jonas is a top notch company!!They are very responsive and professional!!Last August our air-conditioning unit started causing our whole house to vibrate every time we turned the A/C on. Ed from Jonas came out and discovered that the welds on the blower wheel had broken. He ordered a new part and we were back in business within three or four days.Fast-forward to two weeks ago we started noticing the vibrating again every time we turned our A/C on. (It literally felt like an earthquake was shaking our house!) Ed came out the day after we called and discovered that the blower wheel self-destructed once again. He ordered the part and it came in five days later. He also assured me that the part should've lasted a lot longer than it did and would not be charging us for the replacement.DJ came out to install the new blower wheel in and discovered that it had been damaged in shipping. He hated to tell us that we'd have to live without A/C for another few days, but he could not, in good faith, install it because he could see that it was slightly warped and would probably cause a problem.He ordered the new part which was supposed to arrive next day air last Friday. There was a problem on the shippers end and it did not come until today; Monday. DJ assured me that he would check to make sure that it was not damaged before he came out to reinstall it. Everything went smoothly and we now have cool air coming out in our house.I would highly recommend Jonas Energy Solutions to anyone looking for a company that is reputable, professional, and fair.
