I am writing this review for the services provided from JPs Mobile Detailing. I had my 2017 GMC truck detailed last week and the truck looked brand new! The truck services were completed on time and as agreed. No issues and the truck looked brand new. Interior detail was perfect. I am beyond satisfied and they have all my business moving forward. I usually hand wash my car and clean the inside at home once a month, but this winter I got very busy and it was neglected. I decided to stop stressing and pay for a professional cleaning. Overall, the customer service was great, they were very helpful and the process was easy.The car wasn’t in terrible condition, mainly just crumbs, dust, and the carpets needing a deep clean. I appreciated that the carpets were cleaned very well and smelled great! However, I was a bit disappointed with the level of detail. Honestly I was hoping for a more detailed service so I wouldn’t have to stress about it. The door trims weren’t cleaned, there were still white marks and dust on the exterior, and some random areas inside were left dirty. I even wiped one area with my finger and it turned black. There was also a very greasy finish left on the interior, including the steering wheel, which made it a little hard to grip, so I wiped that down as soon as I got home because of safety.When I got home, I ended up re-wiping the interior because of the greasy finish and all the parts that were missed and i gave the outside another quick hand wash. They did a good job on the floors and trunk so the whole re-clean only took me 30 minutes (usually takes me 2 hours to clean my car) Overall, great customer service but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the detailing itself especially for the price.
