I've only been a few times but I know I'm going to enjoy these workouts. From weight classes to good old fashioned dance workouts, the Entertrainers are full of energy and supportive. I'm always smiling through class.

This place is amazing! From day one, everyone makes you feel welcomed and like you truly belong. The environment makes you actually want to come back and work out. The coaches are incredible they hype you up every single session. I highly recommend joining!

It’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Made wonderful friends and everyone is supportive including the staff ( entertainers ) this gym makes my life ✨ SPARKLY !!!!! With dedication you will feel amazing after each workout and see results!!! I came back after moving and my body is feeling like I never left! Come join us and you will be hooked!

I am a newbie into fitness after being a sloth for a long time. I started at the Sweatshop in Grayslake and I am so excited. Everyone has been incredibly kind, supportive and encouraging. Jim and Matt, the owners, have more energy than anyone I’ve known. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel as if you’re their only client. I’d highly recommend you come in and join our crazy group.

The Sweat Shop is a Great place to work out and everyone has made me feel so welcome. I’ve enjoyed the classes so far. The Saturday showcase is a lot of fun and high energy. When you leave you feel ready for the day. I appreciate the support from the trainers and all the other members. I highly recommend checking it out.

I’m really enjoying my experience at Sweatshop! The trainers are fun, welcoming, and encouraging, and they do a great job modifying exercises to fit everyone’s individual needs. The other gym members are also friendly and welcoming, which makes it feel like a comfortable and supportive environment rather than an intimidating gym. It’s a great atmosphere and actually makes me look forward to working out!

I loved my trial class at the Sweatshop! I was welcomed by all of the class attendees and the instructor’Matt was full of energy! I joined because it was fun, I felt welcomed and there were plenty of modifications for me! I have been attending classes a little over a month and am getting stronger every day amd having fun!

Cannot recommend this place enough! The enthusiasm and positivity radiates every time you walk through the door. Make sure you ask about the kids classes too! I believe it’s $39/month to add them on and we’ve loved taking our son with.

Sweatshop is not your typical exercise place…it’s so much better!!!! I have never looked forward to working out and sweating in my entire life. These entertrainers make it fun. I’m laughing and smiling the entire time. I leave motivated and exhausted…..in a good way. I am not the most coordinated and have no rhythm but it doesn’t matter, no judgement ever. Just keep moving to your own pace. Thank you Sweatshop, Matt, Jim and Lynn. 🩷💪🏻🎤
