I cannot say enough nice, amazing things about Sweatshop Grayslake!! The staff/“entertainers” are amazing. Just a happy, friendly group that makes you feel like you have known them your whole life. The classes are geared for all types, I can’t do kneeling or exercises on my back - they always show another option or 2 on how to continue with your workout while they are on their knees or backs. They strive to really get to know their clients, they acknowledge all of us by our names, they want to know what makes us tick so they can give us the best workouts. After each class, I really feel like I made big change in my health by choosing them. Highly recommend stopping in and meeting the staff and seeing what Sweatshop is really all about.

Excited to be a new member of the Sweatshop! I was referred by a friend and went to try a class. For someone that hasn’t had a solid exercise routine in years, it feels good to have found a place that can support my fitness goals. Matt and his crew have been so welcoming and encouraging. Their upbeat energy and positivity make it a place you want to come back to!

I absolutely love working out at Sweatshop of Grayslake! The gym has such great energy and keeps me motivated. The classes are fun, challenging and led by staff who make every session enjoyable. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and it truly feels like a community when I walk in the door.

So far, my experience with The Sweatshop and Matt has been outstanding. The classes are engaging, the environment is very supportive, and they’ve been extremely accommodating in helping me modify workouts during my shoulder surgery recovery. Highly recommend.

I would consider myself a "newbie". Been going for a month and have met some great people at The Sweatshop. As if that wasn't enough, I have had great classes, I enjoy the different age groups in each class, and the drive of the instructors. Music is great and I am hooked. My style of workout. Thankful for a fun and supportive gym like the Sweatshop! My family and I have been attending the Sweatshop for the past month. We have been looking for a gym that allows for our two kids to have workout options to do as well. I am in shock at how motivated my kids are to go to the workout classes with other kids and have fun being active! They are 9 and 12 and just love it!!I also just had my first nutrition and goal setting call with Matt and am feeling hopeful about meeting my weight loss and health goals. I can tell Matt is not only there as a source of ongoing support, but he is sharing health information and habit tracking tips in ways that are easy to implement and stick to.

I really enjoy the classes, there is a lot of energy, it’s fun and I feel motivated. The coaches are very helpful and caring, and they also make an effort in knowing their clients on a personal level.
