Wetscapes installed our pool in the spring of 2022. We had met with several contractors, considered fiberglass and vinyl, ultimately deciding on Wetscapes after meeting them and visiting a few previous customers. Jared and Jonathan were great to work with and walked us through the process. You can tell they take pride in their work. Even with the unexpected, Jared and Jonathan handled everything with honesty and professionalism. They made sure it was done right and my wife and I were happy with the results. A few years later, they still pick up the phone when I call and answer my questions! Great work and truly 5 star customer service.

Several years ago my wife and I were interested in a pool, but after several meetings with local installers, we lost confidence in the process and decided not to proceed.Last year we came across a YouTube channel showing all the "behind the scenes" of how to properly install a pool. I got sucked in and must have watched 25 hours of Wetscapes Pools being installed.After gaining the confidence and excitement of what was being shown here in our market, I reached out to Jared to have a meeting.As with most projects, what started as a pool has expanded to retaining walls, stairs and a sidewalk to the front of the house. Jared and his brothers are very professional and treated us with respect. Their communication, attention to detail and above all, HONESTY was incredible. Jared’s design and creative ideas added to an incredible end product, along with Jonathon's attention to EVERYTHING was so impressive.We would recommend Wetscapes to anyone that is looking for a straightforward and honest pool installer. Can’t say enough good things about the service, efficiency and workmanship we received from Jared, Jonathan and the entire team at Wetscapes. My phone calls and text messages were always received or returned promptly and any questions were answered honestly and professionally.Initially our project was delayed several months due to issues with the county. I just assumed our job would be pushed back once they were resolved. Not the case at all! Once I got the go ahead from the county I notified Jared and he had us swimming within weeks!Of all the builders, companies and contractors I’ve had experiences with over the years, Wetscapes was way beyond all of them and it’s not even close. Props to the entire team. It was a pleasure working with them!!
