Wetscapes Fiberglass Pools

We hired Wetscapes for what turned into a full backyard transformation, and I can’t say enough good things about this team. The scope was significant: fiberglass pool with tanning ledge and automatic cover, all pool plumbing and equipment set, sheer descent water feature, full concrete deck with stamped border, paver-and-turf checkerboard patio, retaining walls, site drainage, and a cedar A-frame covered patio addition. They started in fall of 2025 and worked straight through one of the more brutal winter and spring stretches we’ve had, and they never once used weather as an excuse. They communicated the schedule, adjusted, and kept moving.Jared and Jonathan were both fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable — you can have a real technical conversation with either one of them and get a straight answer. Jared was our main point of contact on the design and planning side, and his eye for how everything would come together — elevations, sightlines, how each element ties into the next — is a big part of why this project works. Jonathan was the one we saw most on site as the build progressed. Beyond the two of them, the crews they’ve built are excellent. Everyone who came through this property did quality work and took pride in it.That expertise showed on a genuinely difficult site. We had tight clearances between existing retaining walls and a real challenge getting drainage right across the whole footprint. I gave them latitude on the brick wall layout, and they took that responsibility seriously — they solved it on the fly and the finished lines and elevations tie in beautifully. Everything drains where it should. That’s not luck, that’s experience and a team that actually thinks about what they’re building. We also had multiple contractors working on this property at the same time, and Wetscapes was a genuine team player throughout. They coordinated around other trades’ schedules, poured concrete footers a different contractor needed for a deck build, and never created friction. When items came up mid-project that weren’t in the original scope — new soffits and gutters across the entire house, landscaping and sod — they handled it, subbed out what needed subbing, and stood behind the finished product. They also trusted our overall vision for how this project tied into everything else going on, which I appreciated more than I expected to.Communication was excellent. Calls and texts, always answered. When a problem came up they told us immediately instead of hoping we wouldn’t notice. When we had questions or feedback, they listened and acted on it.The punch list is where they really earned the five stars. They closed out their own checklist, and then came back to fix things I hadn’t even flagged — items they weren’t satisfied with, that they adjusted and re-did on their own initiative. That level of quality control after the check clears is rare in this industry.Attention to detail throughout: clean plumbing runs, tidy equipment pad, tight concrete joints, crisp turf inlays, quality hardscape work. The finished product looks like a magazine spread and functions exactly the way we hoped. If you’re considering a fiberglass pool or a full outdoor living build, Wetscapes is who you want.
