Jared, Jonathan, and their team at Wetscapes Fiberglass Pools transformed our backyard this past fall and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They installed a 40’ Illusion pool, an independently plumbed hot tub, privacy planter wall, and brick equipment structure to keep the automated mechanical systems safe.Jared, came out for the initial consultation with an extensive portfolio of actual projects completed by Wetscapes. Other companies we sought bids from only had sketches or images pulled off ChatGPT. Jared was patient and professional as he walked us through our options, showing us examples of everything. We really appreciated being able to see the different materials, colors, designs etc. installed in local yards with local vegetation and home styles.The Wetscapes team gave us concierge-style customer service throughout. Texts and calls outside normal business hours were immediately answered, deadlines were met, promises kept. I’ve included the renderings we were given before construction, they are identical to the finished product.Jonathan managed our project and was always on site working alongside his guys. A ton of effort was taken to avoid damaging our property or disturbing our neighbors during construction. Any concerns or questions were addressed without making us feel bad for raising them. Everyone involved was considerate of our home, friendly and kind to my family, and obviously took pride in their work.Construction began in September and we were in the hot tub by Thanksgiving. The pool was finished too, we just didn’t want to open it for the first time in cold winter weather.The pool was opened in March and we have practically lived in our backyard since. There have been no issues with the pool, everything works perfectly and looks great. Wetscapes also got us connected with a great maintenance company, Polis Pools, who have been doing our chemistry and filter cleanings. I would highly recommend them as well.Jared and his guys are above reproach. Honest, skilled, and detail focused, the team at Wetscapes was such a pleasure to work with. We feel so lucky to have found them out of the countless shady and unqualified pool installers.Wetscapes hires veterans, charges a fair price for their work, and delivers exactly what they promise their customers.If you’re considering a pool installation and/or backyard renovation in the Prospect/Goshen/Hillcrest area, get a bid from Wetscapes. Jared was professional and patient from our initial meeting and throughout the project including many changes and requests along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure I saw as many of the Wetscapes finished projects as I needed to make my final decision. His quote was fair, detailed and stayed true to the end product. Huge shout out to the Wetscapes team including Jon, James, Justin and Perry for all of their hard work on my project which included a 30' ice silver bliss imagine fiberglass shell with salt system/heater, glass waterline tile, retaining wall, major grading project and black autocover. The team made sure to keep me informed throughout the process. No guessing about when something was occurring or what was happening that day. Total project time despite days off due to heavy rain was a little under 4 weeks. Highly recommend for your pool project!
