Very friendly and they kept me in touch for when they were going to give an estimate to when they were going to do the deck which by the way was a very well done job

Overall, we’re really happy with the work from Paradise Decks and Spas. The team was friendly, hardworking, and knew what they were doing. Our deck turned out great and feels solid and well-built. Communication was good, though scheduling took a little patience, which seems normal with busy contractors. In the end, the finished project was worth it.

Once we decided to go with Paradise, tbey wasted no time designing and planning our deck. We decided to use Timber Tech i stead of lumber and that tuened out to be a great choice.

Fantastic experience with Paradise! From start to finish everything went as they said it would. Fred was so helpful in getting our ideas and questions on paper. David’s crew was on point, polite and tolerated all my questions while they were working. They weren’t able to cap the gutters but everything else was great. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result !

Their crew was professional the whole way through, and they worked with me step-by-step during the planning to make sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. Paradise Decks and Spa exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Design team (James H) and Project Foremen (Micheal B) were both excellent. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Entire team was very well managed; project started on time, ended on time and was kept clean and free of trash throughout. End product exceeded expectations and the craftsmanship and attention to detail was noted. The company stands by their work and if they come across an unexpected issue will work to resolve it immediately. Jamie in the office is very responsive and ensures customer is well taken care of. Highly recommend this company.
