LOVE my Paradise deck! They made sure that it was what I wanted. Now to get some outdoor furniture!😃

We finally got the deck we’d been wanting for our San Antonio home. Rick was easy to work with and did a great job. We really like how it turned out and are glad we chose Paradise Decks & Spas.

Having Rick Hogue build our deck was one of the best decisions we made for our home. He was friendly, dependable, and clearly took pride in his work. The finished deck looks fantastic and feels like a great addition to our home. We’d definitely recommend Rick and his team!

We’re thrilled with our new deck in Alamo Heights. Rick Hogue was professional, reliable, and delivered excellent craftsmanship. The finished deck looks fantastic, and we’re very happy with the results. We highly recommend Paradise Decks & Spas.

We had a deck and fence installed. I’d have to say the process was ok. Communication could be better. The contractor who built the deck did a great job but his assistant lacked a bit of respect. He would leave his empty bottles and trash behind so we would have to pick up after him.I don’t care if someone smokes but it would be nice to ask if I mind it when I’m talking to you face to face and you’re on my property. That would be a plus.We were asked how the deck was and if everything came out well which is great and all. The corrections were done and I am pleased with the deck and fence they installed. However, this is a contractor and the customer service experience may be different from what I think I was expecting. The overall work came out great but I feel they need to work better on communication.I would truly recommend them as the outcome came out great. I also plan to hire them again since now I know what to expect. I don’t want this review to sound too negative as it was not but I’m just giving my personal opinion based on my experience.Again, the outcome came out great and I am pleased. I gave 4 stars as a balance between communication and service. I feel this is a good balance to give.
