Three words to describe Stefan: dependable, hardworking and meticulous. I hired him to fix many things in my house. For example, he completely redid the upstairs bathroom. He also put in new tile on the kitchen floor , entryway , guest bath, new fixtures and more. The previous contractor had done things incorrectly causing damage as well as looking badly. I found out quickly that Stefan is a perfectionist in the best way when he redid the tiling on the kitchen floor because it was off by just a tiny bit. You can tell he really wants to make sure things are done correctly. He is a great communicator and we talked often about the details of the project. Stefan always made sure I knew what was happening. I also discovered he has a great eye for design as I had to choose tiles and other things; his opinions which I asked for led to some great changes in the choices I made. The work he did on the house looks stunning. I can’t recommend him enough. I will definitely use him for any future projects. If you want someone that’s reliable, who works hard and who will make sure you know what’s happening at every stage of the project, hire Stefan and his team.

What could I write about Alpha House Construction that hasn't already been said?? Let me start by saying we hired Alpha for a 6 week renovation on a new condo we purchased. I had talked to a couple companies prior and they were rude, talked to me like I was child, said what I wanted was impossible. Stefan came in, gave me ideas, and had a can do attitude.Our renovation included:two bathroom remodels; including new vanities, tiled showers, new toilets, new light fixtures, new mirrors, moving a toilet (which people told me was impossible or very very expensive)kitchen remodel which included new counters, new sink, painted cabinets, backsplash, new lightingfireplace tiledwood floors refinished, and added new wood floors in my carpeted room.appliance installThe quote was fair, I never felt cheated. The work is good. They told me 6 weeks and that was accurate. I sprung more work on it and he still reached the timeline. I felt like Alpha House treated my house like it was their own.There were no surprises. Stefan was always available by text or phone call, even on a Sunday when I was shopping for appliances.Would recommend and will continue using alpha in the future.
