David was great. Responded to my phonecall immediately - after hours, on a Sunday and gave an ETA for arrival.Explained exactly what the issues were - misalignment, cable and drive belt - and provided options. When the job was complete, showed exactly what was done and how the problem was resolved.Professional, informative, timely. Recommended.

David was able to come out and service our garage door the next morning. The garage door was suddenly unable to open, turns out the belt had broken. Upon further diagnosing, the garage door was very heavy and slamming down on the ground which led to the springs and belt getting worn out. With a full replacement of the springs and motor itself, it’s much smoother running, quieter, and doesn’t have that heavy drop when it closes. Definitely consider reaching out for any garage door needs

Just when I thought I was going to have to spend my whole paycheck on parts for my door, I found garage door dimensions in Santa Ana. Very nice people to deal with. They're happy to see you and took care of all of my needs in one place. Thank you very much to the staff, especially the young lady in the front. She helped me out and got me exactly what I needed. I cannot pronounce her name but you'll know who she is cuz she's got mad people skills. Thank you very much. See you next time

Garage door dimension did a fantastic job installing our steel back double car, garage door and LiftMaster motor at our house in Irvine. David was the estimator. He did a great job both being transparent and explaining everything to me thoroughly. He and Victor came the next day and installed the door. Everything went smoothly was quick and the communication was great. A few weeks after the initial installation we accidentally bumped our safety sensor. and I also wanted to pair my daughter‘s car and my husband‘s car directly to the operator. David came back out within an hour aligning the safety sensor, also showed me how to align the safety sensor and program both our cars within minutes. Truly great service I appreciate them coming up as quickly as they did weeks after the initial installation.

Garage Door Dimension is the place to go for everything having to do with garage door parts and garage door hardware. The team did an excellent job repairing my garage door hinges and replacing my garage door springs at our house in Irvine. We also use them in the past for our house in Newport, where they replaced our LiftMaster motor and installed new safety sensors, rail, and remote controls. Our third property in Garden Grove was a late night emergency and they picked up the phone immediately after hours and came quickly and promptly within the hour to get it back on track when the cable/drum came loose and the door was cockeyed. overall, fantastic work! I don’t usually write reviews, but when service is truly exceptional, I felt the need to give them a shout out!

We are extremely happy with garage door dimension! They did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new LiftMaster 2420 L models. It’s something we wanted to get done for a while and we finally got it done! After receiving several quotes, it was clear that David and their company was clearly the best choice and we weren’t wrong. We can’t think of going anywhere else for all of our garage door needs here in Anaheim. We will be recommending them to all of our neighbors. It was quick, easy, transparent, and truly great service.

The old spring broke. David came and replaced it. The new stronger spring needed some adjustment on the rails, which shifted over time and over weather. David took care of these as well. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Replaced the old rail mounting bracket that was causing trouble with different ones. Highly recommend.

I’ve used David in the past to replace the springs on our custom wooden garage doors in Yorba Linda. I was very pleased with his service. I had another small issue recently and texted David at about 3 AM and immediately responded to me in the morning and came out the same day and made the small adjustments. I am very appreciative of his work. I appreciate the quick response and the fair pricing. Anything I will need Garage Door related he will be my go to guy.
