Victor was excellent and contacted Chamberlain directly for replacement parts still under warranty to be delivered to me free of charge. When I received the new parts, he came back and installed them and then very neatly and professionally rewired and installed new sensors. I was especially pleased that he was patient helping me with the MyQ app and got it all connected and working again. I’ll definitely call them again with any future garage issues.

I had issues with my garage door not opening. I called on Monday 9-14 and I was able to schedule a technician to comeout the next day. David came out before noon and was able tofix the problem (dust on the sensors) and my garage door wasworking once again. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and neighbors. He told me that my motor was gettingold and that I would probably need to replace soon. I was happythat he did not try to suggest replacing the motor now.

We had our doors installed in San Juan and they looked great. There was a small issue where the sensor moved and they came out the same day. David fixed it on the spot. He also replaced our button with a new upgraded one.

This is by far one of the best if not the best garage door repair companies I've ever worked with. One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. On Sunday we called around to find anyone that could come fix it since our cars were stuck inside. David was available and came out within a couple of hours and replaced both springs for us. Unfortunately one of the new springs detached from the cone on Tuesday afternoon, and he was back out again within a couple hours and replaced both springs under warranty. I highly recommend David and Garage Door Dimension. David did a great job and was quick, reliable, and professional. The cost was right around what we expected too.
