Old Dominion Disposal has been superior! I have had several bulk loads and additional garbage picked up aside from my regular weekly service on multiple occasions. They have always been able to help with friendly customer service and never missed a beat providing the best communication. They are very dependable and truly a top notch disposal service for this area, you're appreciated!

We appreciate this company and the fast services… from day one our cans were delivered and pick up was early and my back wasn’t broken from loading trash in my car and my car still smells good at the end of the day!! And the best part is it’s very inexpensive!! The guys are super friendly and we get an email for trash pick up( wish it was a text but) none the less we are reminded to put our cans out!! Thank you Old Dominion Disposal for a great job!!

Can’t say enough great things about Old Dominion Disposal! We have been a customer since they first started up and we have been extremely happy with their communication and service. They are local, dependable, with unbeatable pricing. In addition they are always on time and communication about pickups and scheduling is top notch. We’ve been in our home for 15 years, have used a few different companies with less than stellar service, Old Dominion Disposal is hands down the best we have had and it makes it even better that they are local and part of the community.

I'm happy for the switch I made a few months ago. OLD DOMINION DISPOSAL came in and restored my confidence that trash will be picked up timely and clean. They don't leave trash all over the place while bumping. Although they only pickup once a week (I don't have that much trash any ways) they are timely. I'm assuming until you become familiar with pickup day, they send reminders out letting you know about the pickup schedule. I appreciate that very much. I'm happy, very happy with their service thus far. Great customer service. You can almost feel the smile on the person's face when speaking with you.

Exceptional service and cost. Easy to work with and contact where with other companies I have to call and call. I can simply text in and get the help I need. If I could give you 10 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is the absolute best trash service company I have ever done business with. The owner Alec provides the best customer service. Unlike corporate trash services Old Dominion Disposal picks up like agreed upon, doesn’t change the prices every other month and communicates directly from the owner to the customer. I highly recommend this locally owned business if you want a company that focuses more on quality of service versus quantity of service!

Afordable and great service

They are quick to respond when you’re ready to get started, pricing is very reasonable. We needed cans so they dropped them off for us to use, within the timeframe given. Pick ups have been on time, each time, with no issues. One of the drivers, Jesse was so nice to my son who showed interest in the garbage truck, and showed him how it all worked, he gets so excited now for every trash day! So a big thank you to him!Very happy with our experience with Old Dominion Disposal! I highly recommend them to anybody in the area looking for trash services.

Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, dependable, and made the entire process easy. Communication was great, they showed up when expected, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to find companies that truly care about their customers, but this one definitely does. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again! Even have got my trash bins for me when I’ve forgot.

Guys are great and communication is always on point. They pick up other items too as long as you ask ahead of time and they charge a reasonable fee to get it done.
