Just want to rave on this company and love they are locally owned. The reminders they send out are awesome and we are always informed of any scheduling changes. Brilliant company.Updates are regular... especially recently when there's been slight changes to schedule due to replacement truck used.Price is very reasonable. I shopped around and we get a very good deal here. We pay for our can too so it's a very helpful service.The staff are very patient with me. Due to my age and mobility struggles I sometimes take a little while to get my can out. A nice man named Alex helps me. I had a lovely chat with him about a film I watched with log trucks. He said he had seen it too. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and that other guy.Very good company. Would for sure recommend their services.If I could give 11/10 stars I would. Unfortunately I'm stuck offering 5.

These guys have been absolutely brilliant!I don't know the ins and outs, but I understand that there was an accident had in their collection truck and it was off the road - they went above and beyond to ensure they could access a rental trash truck to keep their routes and customers service as regular as possible.They're big on communication (even if the emails went to my spam and I didn't see them at first, sorry haha) and update regularly on Facebook.Nothing is too much trouble for the guys collecting. They even take the time to stop and give my needy cat some love.Reminders are sent. Comms are frequent. Price is reasonable. Staff are friendly.Couldn't recommend them enough!

I'm happy for the switch I made a few months ago. OLD DOMINION DISPOSAL came in and restored my confidence that trash will be picked up timely and clean. They don't leave trash all over the place while bumping. Although they only pickup once a week (I don't have that much trash any ways) they are timely. I'm assuming until you become familiar with pickup day, they send reminders out letting you know about the pickup schedule. I appreciate that very much. I'm happy, very happy with their service thus far. Great customer service. You can almost feel the smile on the person's face when speaking with you.

We switched to Old Dominion Disposal a few months ago and have been completely satisfied with their service. They send weekly reminders for trash day and have come without fail every week..unlike our last trash service, who has repeatedly not shown up. Dominion Disposal is also half the price of our last trash service! They even emailed us when they were having issues with one of their trucks to let us know they would be later than usual that day. So happy we switched companies. Would highly recommend Dominion Disposal!

Old Dominion has been excellent since the first day !!! On pickup I completely forgot to put my trash cans out and they still came and disposed of my trash, also one of lids were broken i didn’t even have to call same day they were there to replace the new trash can. 1 last thing can no one beat their price !! We’ve been with ODD for a few months after our previous service provider discontinued their business suddenly. Within 48 hours we had a new can and on their next scheduled run for pick up so we didn’t even have a build up of trash waiting around for removal. We live kind of out of the way so we greatly appreciate them coming through so quickly and being so efficient, every week.

I switched to these guys the instant I knew they were in my neighborhood. $14 a month cheaper than what I was using and I love the reminder email every Tuesday for Wednesday's pick up. Haven't missed putting out the street yet! I highly recommend that anybody in there service range switch to them today!
