Fantastic costumer service and great advice. Ruaraidh was willing to come help me with an issue I had with my jacuzzi and even managed to diagnose the exact problem after I explained it through an email, which in turn has resulted in it back working perfectly again. All round great company who I shall definitely utilise in the future.

We used TLC spas to install our infrared sauna.From start to finish, the process was seamless and nothing was too much trouble for Ruaraidh.Unlike many companies, they came when they said they would and completed the job to a very high standard.We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future

We wanted to buy our hot tub locally, and we're delighted that we chose TLC Spas. We could tell immediately that Ruaraidh was a decent guy and not a patter-merchant! Himself and Alicia fitted our tub with the minimum of fuss, kept us right and set everything up ready to go. We are quite a distance from Oban, but that wasnt an issue. If you're looking for a hot tub (I believe they also do saunas), I would heartily recommend them. Great product, great people!

Can not sing the praises off this company enough ,from my first message to my hot tub being serviced the communication was superb.Ruaridh arrived when he said he would and even got a texted & email to let me know he was on route and how far away from me he was.As for the work carried out it was a very profesional service .If i could give 6☆i would.Highly recommend
