Well well well...customer service at its BEST with this guy! I needed a BIG check-up for my laptop. Dr. Rich to the rescue!!! Rich knows what he's doing, he's SUPER nice, he comes to your location if you're local, and he fixes everything that could possibly be wrong. I loved that I didn't have to be without my computer (as she's my baby! LOL), I didn't have to drive anywhere, and within 2 hours, Rich removed some very scary virus that was attempting to get ahold of my computer information every hour for the past several weeks. He additionally cleaned up a bunch of apps and other things that I didn't even know what they were, and my laptop is running like magic!! Rich had a successful computer/phone business in New York, but is a recent resident to our area, so he's getting his name out there.
