I have been working with Alex at the Macedonia location as part of Butler/Prescription Fitness for a number of months now. To say that it has been one of the best decisions of my entire life would not be an exaggeration. While I hate to admit that it wasn't a high bar, they've helped me get into the best shape of my life; and we continue to improve from session to session!But not only that? They've made it such a great experience that I genuinely look forward to every single day. Yes, Alex, if you're reading this: even leg day!I'm looking forward to signing up for another 6-month set of sessions soon. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago!
