We've been to many different spas but this has by far surpassed pur experience of all the others before. Rumbi and Vernn were exceptional and enriched the entire experience with their professionalism, warmth, and kindness. Would recommend!

I recently went to Reflections Day Spa. From the moment l walked in,l was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience and amazing tea.My massage therapist Rumbi, was exceptional. She was skilled, attentive and made sure l felt comfortable throughout the entire session. The sweedish massage was heavenly and Rumbi expertise eased out all the knots and tension in my muscles.I left feeling pampered, relaxed and rejuveted l highly recommend Reflections Day Spa and Rumbi incredible massage skills. I will definitely visit again

The space had poor signage or no signage outside. My sister's massage was good. It was her treat, after all. She enjoyed it. I must say I did not enjoy it at all. I had to tell my therapist to enforce pressure, and she would do so briefly and then go back to merely moisturizing me. It was the thinner therapist. The only good part was the facial for me. My sister had a warm hot chocolate and birthday treat, which was a really sweet gesture. I, for one, will definitely not return to the establishment.

Used my FOMO voucher. The ladies were amazing and so kind. I was offered water and given hot chocolate post my session. Came in for a full body massage, head massage and light facial. I am disappointed with the types of products they used - definitely not the usual products you find at a Spa. She used "oh so heavenly" body butter to massage my body and African Extracts Rooibos products for my face. The ambiance and the spa its self is very clean - you cannot help but get the tranquil relaxed feeling.Finding the actual venue was also very challenging. Maybe you guys should look into having signs to help customer navigate the what to do when they get to the gate. I do understand that sometimes the wait by the gate might take longer as the ladies are busy with clients inside. I would go back definately only if better products are being used. Thank you for lovely time.

I booked a FOMO Deal with a Swedish massage at reflections for two. The service was unattractive, the staff is lazy. We stood at the gate for 10 mins back and forth on the phone with the staff asking if we at the Right address, thinking I got the address wrong because they said I'm opening the gate but the gate never opened drove around the block when eventually we had to go find parking in hope street which was a nighmare this obviously eating into my massage time eventually get inside. No sorry no are you okay. Just told us sign here and go in that room. The worst of it all my body is so sore the next day. My shoulders hurt so bad. I don't recommend you take the couple massage with this place. It was a horrible experience.we had to ask staffed three times to open the gate so we can leave because everyone was at the back shouting there is someone in front . Bit we kept telling them there was no one shouting back and forth it was very unpleasant
